This year, we're doing Lent in COMMUNITY - starting March 2nd. But what is lent, and where does it come from? Lent is a "40-day" period (skipping Sundays) leading up to Resurrection Sunday, where Christians focus on remembering the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus. During Lent, people usually fast something special to them to prepare their hearts and minds for Resurrection Sunday. This fast and time period is to reflect on the 40-days that Jesus spent in the wilderness before He went into ministry (Matthew 4:1-11). So, in honor of Matthew 4, we are sharing a clip from the "Catching Feelings: Facts v. Feelings v. Truth" episode.

In truth, the goals were created in a framework that doesn't account for life and change (which I know we are all experiencing a great amount of). 

R.E.A.D.Y. goals are designed to work for you while encouraging you to achieve all you've wanted, at the right time and in the right ways.

Get ready to learn ways to clarify your priorities through the R.E.A.D.Y. Set Aim Fire framework and define WHO you will be as opposed to WHAT you will do - all while making your goals happen.

We are on Part 2 of the F.R.E.E.D.O.M. Method where we are reflecting and evaluating how this past year went. Was it all that we intended? Are there things we want to keep and things we want to throw away?

Understanding where we have been can help us identify where we want to go and how we can achieve all the things that God has in store for us.

I wanted to give this to you all a little earlier than usual so hopefully you can spend New Year's Eve digging deep. The next and final installment will be published on Jan. 14th.

Take a listen as we read through Matthew 1:18-25 & 2 and Luke 2 to hear the truth behind the Christmas story. We pray that this blesses you.
