Episode 7 - Inner Warrior, live from pitch side

Episode 7 - Inner Warrior, live from pitch side

Club Chair Fordy becomes roving reporter in this extravaganza. The club held an Inner Warrior event on Sunday 16th May, and despite the weather's best efforts, spirits couldn't be dampened and the girls had a great time.

Poppy Cleall, former club member, and now one of the best players in the world, was in attendance along with her Saracens club mate and Canadian International, Mackenzie Carson.

A great episode as Fordy talks to the players, parents, internationals and coaches to give a brilliant insight into the girls game and how it's developing.

Episode 3 - It's all in the mind, and FAF

Episode 3 - It's all in the mind, and FAF

Club Chair Fordy plays the genial host again with his guests; Ian McCue, Darren "Magic" Kendall and Leon McGready.
Ian talks about his work and the power of positive thinking, and how mindset can effect the performance of a team, both positively and negatively. Find out more about Ian's work at
UMC50.com
Magic adds his thoughts as 2nd XV Captain, and how players and supporters can raise the team's spirit - even without realising.
Leon provides a potted history of FAF, the Thursday evening Touch series used for Fitness And Friendship (but that's not what FAF stands for - you'll have to listen to find out!).
A great conversation from the angles of a trained professional, a club player and a supporter - well worth 48mins of your time.
