004 - Live Just Outside Your Comfort Zone
In this episode, I talk about living just outside your comfort zone as a path for personal growth. In many ways, the life we want is just outside our comfort zone, if we can embrace the fear and anxiety to get there. The fear and anxiousness of discomfort will always be present, but once we learn to channel our fear into energy, we can take small, incremental steps outside our comfort zone to help us grow and develop a better life.
003 - Sprinter vs Marathoner's Mindset
In this episode, I talk through two different mental models: a Sprinter's Mindset vs a Marathoner's Mindset, the difference between the two, and where it may make sense to deploy one mental model versus another. Each approach has its benefits and shortcomings, and I'll delve into each one on today's episode.
002 - Go Faster (by being around faster people)
In this episode, I discuss how you can go faster (and further) in life by surrounding yourself with faster people. Our environment can often dictate how fast and how far we can go, and it's important to assess our environment and how it may be limiting us. I discuss the lessons I learned in my last obstacle course race at Fenway Park in 2022 on how to go faster and go further by surrounding yourself with faster people.
