In Episode 006, I talk about letting go of habits, patterns, and identities that no longer serve us. Oftentimes, we develop parts of ourselves through infancy years, our genetics, DNA, and how we were brought up. These parts of us served a critical need at one time or another, but now no longer serve us, and may even be holding us back.


We'll chat through examples of areas we should consider letting go of, talk through how to identify these areas, and steps we can take to overcome these parts of us that are no longer serving us.

Our environment can often dictate how fast and how far we can go, and it's important to assess our environment and how it may be limiting us. I discuss the lessons I learned in my last obstacle course race at Fenway Park in 2022 on how to go faster and go further by surrounding yourself with faster people.
