Episode 25 with the lovely Nicolle Merrilyne was such a treat! In this episode we dove DEEP into the realms of healing through breath, somatic work, movement, etc. all while using the power of electronic dance music to facilitate the healing within. As someone who grew up going to raves and has devoted a large part of life to the world of electronic music, this absolutely blew me away. This conversation talks about some profound tools we can find within our own vessels to transmute an alchemize our darkness into light. 

Episode 15!!! I LOVED this conversation for so many reasons - as someone who has dove deep into the realms of spirituality and soul-led entrepreneurship, it's been a bumpy ride as I reflect on my money mindset + abundance journey. Financial literacy is something that I believe is really undervalued and understated amongst the spiritual community and it is something we NEED more of. 

Nicole is a CEO, Money Coach and financial literacy advocate who specializes in helping 20 and 30 something women effortlessly manage their money + build bank accounts that never stop growing.

Nicole knew there had to be more to life than living in a perpetual cycle of having too much month left over at the end of her money, with $0 in the bank - so she got to work. Weaving together astrology, Human Design and energetics, she helps people create energy alignment in life and business by honouring who they are and harnessing their unique energetic signature.

In this episode we dive deep into the realms of human design and how to use it as a tool for self-inquiry and self-understanding. He helps us acknowledge the elephants in the rooms of our minds, allowing new patterns to be formed. This repatterining brings cycles of trauma to an end for ourselves & our lineages. He creates an environment where you can recognize your inherent innocence & return to play. Rather than teaching self love, He offers self honesty as a pathway to revealing the love that can never leave you. As well as removing the obstacles in our mind that when released, allow our truest self lead us in every area of life. Jayden has 3 music albums on all streaming platforms and performs his music around the world in ceremony, on stages, around fires & online for the upliftment and healing of all beings. 

In this episode we explore the profound power that music has on healing on every single level. We talk about ways to connect deeply to self and to overcome obstacles that hold us back from reaching our highest excitement and radical self expression. James McCrae is an author, poet, meme artist, and creative strategist based in Austin, Texas. In his writing and art, he applies the principles of mindfulness and Eastern philosophy to modern life with humor and candor.

In this episode we explore what it means to access your inner creator, how to bring humor to a world of chaos, and the art of creating memes. We explore the creation of his incredible new book "How to Laugh In Ironic Amusement During Your Existential Crisis," which blends the world of humor, eastern philosophy, existentialism, and spirituality all together into one beautifully composed book. 

James is an artist through and through, and it always brings me the utmost pleasure to connect with likeminded individuals who are simply trying to bring art into this world, despite facing the chaos of the times. 

Episode 12! I had the honor of interviewing not only a friend, but my first ever mentor and the human being who certified me as a Breathwork Facilitator, Sky Bear. Sky Bear is a Breathwork Facilitator and Peak Performance Specialist focusing on bio-hacking, flow states, and performance transformation/optimization. A dedicated yogi and serial entrepreneur, he has spent the last four years running multiple companies, which inspired him to begin to build an international platform to serve children around the world.

In this episode, we dive deep into the realms of breathwork from both a scientific and mystical perspective. Sky Bear shares his extensive knowledge on the impact breathwork has on the body, mind, and spirit, both physiologically, mentally, emotionally, physically, and energetically. We explore nervous system regulation, altered states of consciousness, and even tap into the realms of psychedelics as well. 

In this episode, Claudia and I dive deep into healing through a holistic lens, uncovering our inner child wounds, and returning to sovereignty. Her unique coaching style blends mindset, energetics, emotional processing + sexuality.

In this conversation, we dive deep into the realms of both pleasure and pain, understanding how pain is truly a portal to pleasure. For years, we have been conditioned to suppress our feelings and hold ourselves back from feeling whatever it is we need to feel in this present moment. Our liberation lies in allowing ourselves to feel ALL of the human emotions without creating stories around them. 

Wow. It has been a while since my last episode. I spent the last 3 months in a small beach town in Panama where I entered a deep healing portal that changed everything for me.
