Nicole is a mum, successful media manager in a big corporate company and is an Ex Paralympian, representing Australia at the age of 15 in swimming.
Nicole was born with Erbs Palsy/ Brachial plexus which left her with one fully functioning arm.
She shares with us here story , the highs and lows she has endured through her life to date with a disability.
Nicole has been able to turn what most would think is a negative into a life full of happiness, success, gratitude and a lot of hard work along the way.

This is a cracker of a episode. We were fortunate enough to have Shannon Brenton join us to share his knowledge and provide some much needed information when it comes to nutrition and health.
Shannon is a clinical naturopath/Nutritionist of many medical doctors and specialists, who works with people with severe diseases and health problems. At one staged averaged 2400 individual patients a year and several thousand more by correspondence through his clinic.

Geoff is one inspirational man.
Geoff was the co founder of Vision personal training.
Owner of Bodytrim
Owner of the Jowett Method
Along with other businesses along the way.
From the outside in, it would seemingly appear as though Geoff had it all and was living the dream. Appearing on morning tv shows to having multi million dollar businesses.
But as you will find out in this episode, Geoff encountered some very dark times, losses, failures and a lot of lesson's learn't along the way.
He has since changed his mind frame of what 'living' , 'success' and 'happiness' means now enjoying his life more than ever.
This is a very powerful episode for all walks of life, not just business owners, in which you will walk away learning a lot that you can start to apply to become your best version and start living your life to it's fullest.

Tim had a great career spanning over 10 years having played 233 NRL game with the Eels along with 4 City origins, 4 State of Origins, 1 Prime Minister 11 and 5 test matches for Lebanon.
During his career he had to go through one of the toughest times any person could go through, and it is a true testament to his character and resilience as a person to continue to have the career he had.
