Ending the Drought

Joni us in this episode as we try to justify a win that could be better described as a near-loss. Certainly the fans leaving 1 Bills Drive after the game felt like they lost something.

We can only hope that what we lost was temporary, and that we will find it again on Sunday against the Pats.

Also...please lord....let Josh's shoulder heal quickly and decisively.

Gutted. We're in a right state! Would have been chuffed with a win, but they mucked it all up.

Sorry, I never get to use British slang. I feel better now! We are going to leave the Giants in the dust and forget this ever happened. Unless we lose...in which case can't be held accountable for the slang that I use.

On today's episode we gush over the Bills and enjoy the moment. It was a stellar performance on both sides of the football, it couldn't have gone much better than it did!

It's a double standard in this league sometimes. The Dolphins were the gods of all man, destined for greatness, unstoppable! However even now after we shamed them we hear things about the bills such as "It's only 4 weeks" or "Enjoy it while you can".

I will. I will enjoy it while I can. I will enjoy it even more week one of the playoffs, and I know we'll all be there enjoying it together! GO BILLS!

So we missed another episode...the past 12 months or so has been rough for us. Usually this is because of user error, but this time the audio just failed to write properly.

Jeff & Jake are squaring off in a battle of prognostication and futility to see if they have the skills to predict the impossible. This never goes well, but we will keep trying every year anyway. Wish us luck!

In todays episode we break down the draft results and explain why we believe this could be the best draft for our offense since we picked up Josh Allen! A lot of teams win a superbowl with a mediocre defense, but very rarely can a team pull it off without a top tier offense. Last year we showed our weaknesses, our predictability, and our lack of ingenuity (beyond the occasional mad science from Josh in the moment).

But now everyone else might as well throw all their tape out, this is a different team than they saw last year!

Hello everyone! Today we (by accident) spent a lot of time talking about money. The modern path to victory in football is through the air, and quarterbacks know it. With great QB's earning 45-50mil a year, teams are being stretched thin and having to make tough choices. Lamar Jackson wants a deal like that, but will he get one?

We also discussed the new stadium and it's hidden costs to fans, including possible taxation on local residents who use their lots for parking. Give us a break! We already aren't going to be able to afford the beer and dogs!

On todays episode we discuss what the possibilities are for an ideal draft. We also ask a question that we probably should have asked a long time ago as Bills fans...what are we waiting for?

Let's face it, we don't know how long the Bills can keep this going, and it feels like we are losing ground here. Should we move heaven and earth to get the team we need to get the job done now while we still can? What do you guys think?

So much buzz is happening right now in the AFC East. Everyone's making their move and the Bills certainly don't have the national coverage they did last Spring. That's just fine with us! Let us be the underdog and take some pressure off.

Todays episode is about perspective. We want out team to be best in the game every time they get on the field, that isn't going to happen. The Buffalo Bills are an elite team of humans - and those humans have slumps, off days, injuries, and failures.

The team that did so well early on this season is still here, they just have to work some stuff out and stay healthy. Also....don't lose the division games!

Today we sh*t all over Aaron Rodgers...and talk about other stuff! Let's just say after this season we might need a joint retirement party for a lot of QBs.

We don't think the Packers are much of a threat, but we discuss what could be the variables we need to succeed, and whether this game is just a stepping stone for us. 

What a rollercoaster of a week! We had a rocky start but what an incredible game! Minus a couple of injuries it was another fantastic showing from the best team in the NFL. The Bills have acquired enough talent to reach a higher level of play than most teams are capable of in this league, hopefully we can keep our guys safe long enough to see this through!

Some are predicting choppy waters in Miami, which is understandable. They made a strong showing and have added a lot to their team, but so have we! Time will tell if Tua is a true competitor or just being propped up by those around him. It takes a strong leader to get the job done. 

If there was a target on Buffalo's back before week 1, it's a lot bigger now! Coming down off the high of smoking the superbowl champs we have to ask ourselves... how long can we keep this up? Here's to hoping for the best season ever, Bills Mafia!

What a rollercoaster. We came so close! First to turning off the TV at halftime, and then to the greatest comeback of the year. 

This week Jake, Jason, and Jeff talk about how hard it is to fight 3 opponents at once. We had to fight Tampa, we had to fight the refs, and we had to fight ourselves. We built our team around Josh Allen and yet we aren't protecting him. When you expect him to do all the work, eventually there will be a cost. They don't make them any tougher than Josh, but there is a limit to what he can take.

Josh Allen puts up the rushing yards he does because he has to, and that needs to change.
