ep62 | Truth of Wealth Transfer w/ Elliott Stapleton
Chad Sutton and I have come together to create a brand new series, Myths of Riches where we debunk a lot of what people have assumed for wealth creation as well as MANY different options on how you can move down your wealth journey. Whether you don't even know where to start or whether you've been accumulating wealth for awhile, there is value to be had by tuning into this series.
This episode we brought in a special guest again, Elliott Stapleton. He brings in an intense knowledge base around wealth transfer, probate court, trusts and so much more. We will cover some of the major lies around wealth transfer, ways you can arm yourself whether its helping your parents/grandparents with their wealth or ensuring your own house is in order. I would NOT miss this episode, it’s a topic that EVERYONE will have to deal with at some point and those that are proactive have more choices available to them.
These are all resources, concepts, strategies and tactics that you can use in your own wealth journey. Some will stick, some will roll off and some you’ll remember and come back to later. That’s the reason why we pull in the concepts, people and strategies so you can use this season as a resource along your whole wealth journey, regardless of when you start and how long you’ve been at it.
If you have questions, reach out to either Chad Sutton or Eric Yusko on social media so we can make sure to get your questions answered during one of the upcoming episodes. You have a unique opportunity to get the help you need from guys who have been building wealth and knowledge these areas.

In this episode, I cover the two areas of a question that haunts most people around finance...when is enough, enough? I break it down into the emotional aspect of it as well as the logical standpoint so you have an appreciation on where you might be getting stuck in your journey.

ep60 | Cardone vs. Ramsey???
Have you ever been confused on your wealth journey, where to start? Do I pay off debt and live debt free? Do I need to prioritize a savings account? What about retirement?
If you've asked yourselves those questions, take a listen. This episode was inspired from a question on someone from Hi-Ho that had asked who do I listen to Eric? Cardone, Ramsey...? I told him it depends on where you're at and where you're looking to go but I discuss much more in this episode.

This episode focuses solely on the stall out. You know what I mean, the feeling when you hit a goal but then ease off the accelerator and have a hard time getting back in "the groove". When you feel like you're going and going but not making progress and wonder why you're not making any progress. It can be super frustrating and sometimes overwhelming. Not the next time and not for you. We've covered what some of the root causes can be and how to avoid them so you can get yourself back out there working towards your financial freedom.

ep58 | Be your OWN Bank Q&A W/ David Zapata
Chad Sutton and I have come together to create a brand new series, Myths of Riches where we debunk a lot of what people have assumed for wealth creation as well as MANY different options on how you can move down your wealth journey. Whether you don't even know where to start or whether you've been accumulating wealth for awhile, there is value to be had by tuning into this series.
This episode we brought in a special guest again, David Zapata, who has been in the infinite banking game for a while now and has helped raise awareness of a concept that the rich have tapped into…becoming their own bank. Last episode we talked a lot of macro concepts around infinite banking and this episode is more of the tactical pieces. We decided to have a Q&A with David so he can help explain the concept through more examples which, let’s face it, always makes things easier to understand.
These are all resources, concepts, strategies and tactics that you can use in your own wealth journey. Some will stick, some will roll off and some you’ll remember and come back to later. ep57 | How to Become Your OWN Bank w/ David Zapata - Part I
Chad Sutton and I have come together to create a brand new series, Myths of Riches where we debunk a lot of what people have assumed for wealth creation as well as MANY different options on how you can move down your wealth journey. Whether you don't even know where to start or whether you've been accumulating wealth for awhile, there is value to be had by tuning into this series.
This episode we brought in a special guest, David Zapata, who has been in the infinite banking game for a while now and has helped raise awareness of a concept that the rich have tapped into…becoming their own bank. We all know, there’s a lot of power that can be had when you’re a bank because of the way our financial system is setup. Imagine, if you could create the same banking system for yourself, where you borrow from yourself, gain interest and increase your overall wealth all at the same time. If that caught you attention, it did for us too which is why we asked David to join us in this season to share what he knows about infinite banking.
These are all resources, concepts, strategies and tactics that you can use in your own wealth journey. Some will stick, some will roll off and some you’ll remember and come back to later. ep56 | Investor's Mindset - What's REALLY Keeping You From Wealth
We often hear the same story over and over again, what does it take to really make a pivot in my family's wealth? I want to provide a better life for my kids, but where do I start? I've tried investing, saving money but it just doesn't work....how can I change that?
These questions ( and probably more) can be answered with one topic, mindset) IF you don't have the right mindset, you'll have the HARDEST time getting wealthy. It's just like when you were single trying to find a match but your mindset was still in being single.
You were pushing away every relationship that could have been something...same thing here. You could be pushing away every opportunity that you could be increasing your financial game, and be completely unaware of it.
That's what we cover in this week's episode, how to become aware of your mindset and how to make changes that'll turn your future into the bright future you keep imagining for yourself.

Whether you don't even know where to start or whether you've been accumulating wealth for awhile, there is value to be had by tuning into this series.
This episode covers a VERY important topic. The conversations that will show up, or that maybe you've been resisting to have depending on where you are in your wealth journey. Haters will come, conflicting opinions will be there, it's just how you handle these conversations is what it is important. That is what the episode is about, how to handle those conversations so when they do come (and they will) you can handle them and not shy away from the goals you want in your life.

Whether you don't even know where to start or whether you've been accumulating wealth for awhile, there is value to be had by tuning into this series.
This episode is a fun topic, helping you to identify the hidden cash you weren't aware of. Hidden cash is always like Christmas when you find an unexpected gift and that's what we're hoping for you out of this episode. Chad and I cover three areas of cash that you have access to that you weren't aware of or weren't sure how to access it. We break down the beliefs and give you ideas to run with in this episode.

ep53 | Don't get derailed by THIS on your wealth journey
Chad Sutton and I have come together to create a brand new series, Myths of Riches where we debunk a lot of what people have assumed for wealth creation as well as MANY different options on how you can move down your wealth journey. Whether you don't even know where to start or whether you've been accumulating wealth for awhile, there is value to be had by tuning into this series.
This episode we pumped the brakes and I discussed something that needs to be addressed prior to wealth, self care. Self care can enable you to get consistent actions towards wealth and if not addressed can set you back majorly by missing out on opportunities. Worse yet, it can drive you to spend your time nursing yourself to health instead of working on the strategies and tactics Chad and I have previously covered.

ep51 | What you need to do before getting more money
Chad Sutton and I have come together to create a brand new series, Myths of Riches where we debunk a lot of what people have assumed for wealth creation as well as MANY different options on how you can move down your wealth journey. Whether you don't even know where to start or whether you've been accumulating wealth for awhile, there is value to be had by tuning into this series.
This episode we continue down that wealth journey with going all the way upstream. Wealth is usually aimed at money, but many people believe that they are money locked when in reality we need to break down the time barrier first. Once you can open up time, then you can dedicate it to money making endeavors and through that, you can start saving, investing and building true wealth. This episode we tackle that concept and provide MANY different ideas around freeing up time.

What we mean about this is transforming from the traditional view of a nest egg retirement plan vs. what the wealthy has figured out. e26 | Man of your Word
How many times have you heard the term, "be a man of your word" or what's your "say-do ratio"? Probably more times than you can remember but I wanted to share a unique lens with you today about that.
We often look at the lens of our word when it comes to those around us, friends, family, coworkers, but we never think of what our say/do is to ourselves...
That is exactly what I want to get into today, what is your say/do to yourself and how INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT that is for you to have. It could just make the difference between making the lasting change you want and falling back into the old routines, so take a listen.

This episode is all around anger and how to unpack it so you can live a more peaceful life.
Anger forms around emotional or physical pain that we cannot control. It's a very different emotion that can be expressed many different ways. Sometimes it comes out as throwing tables and chairs and sometimes it comes across as being passive aggressive.
Regardless of the ways that it comes out for your, you're in for a treat with this episode. We unpack anger, talk about what wisdom is in this arena and cover ways to break that anger cycle so you can catch it before you hulk out and throw that table.

e24 | Can Manhood really be taken away?
One of the biggest fears underlying in men is that their manhood, in how they define it can be taken away. All throughout history there is a right of passage, whether it be Navajo culture, Romans, Spartans or any other culture. Whenever there is a perceived passage, there is a subtle feeling of a two way street, what once was given can be taken away.
Or can it?
I'm here to tell you that relieving that limiting belief can help to take the brakes off your life and get you to be more, have more and become more simply by removing the brake. If that fires you up, then tune in and enjoy!
e23 | The Male Scape Goat
Often times we're hearing toxic masculinity in the news and it's causing a lot of polar responses out there. I'm here to convey that there's no right way, wrong way but if you choose to expand yourself from total masculinity or total femininity, you can unleash so much more in yourself.
In the episode we cover what toxic masculinity is, the long term effects it can have on men and a new model that you can adopt for your life.
make sure to share on social media where you're listening from and tag @ericyusko when you're listening to the episode.
e22 | How to Eliminate ANY Life Crisis
I've decided to change things up and put some rigor behind the podcast, which is why I've launched season 1 which will be dedicated to the male identity and how it's truly the starting place for anyone looking to improve their current situation and striving for a better life.
This episode gets into identity and what that really means... you can go anywhere in the Internet and find people talking about identity and the purpose of it, however do they really know where to begin with identity and how you already have an identity that may be serving you or blocking you from what you're really wanting in life?
Episode 21 | The Power of Personal Brand W/ TJ Shark
Personal brand has become more of a topic in today's internet driven world. Why is personal brand so important? Historically people would stay at a job for 30-40 years and their brand inside the walls of the company were what was important. (how well do you get problems solved, leader, strategy, clear thinker - which led to promotions and more $$) In today's world with things CONSTANTLY changing, that means your skillsets need to be shared with people other than just the person you're working for RIGHT NOW.
That's what this episode is all about, personal brand, why it's so important and tips on showcasing yourself so you'll be ready for no matter what happens.
Episode 20 | How to Avoid Soggy Goals
Did I just use soggy goals in a title, yep and we get into what it means to have a soggy goal and how to avoid them. Ok, I'll let you in on what it is, it's when you set out to achieve a certain goal and over time it becomes soggy and you end up abandoning it or never actually getting what you want. Just like bread with too much water turn soggy and falls apart, same comes true with your goals (well, minus the water).
Make sure to leave a review of the podcast and let me know what insights you've taken away from this podcast on your social media account @ericyusko.
Episode 19 | The Lost Art of Thinking
This episode covers a concept deemed metacognition, which I cover in depth so you can get your resolutions back on track
Talk about why is it important, the mind/brain and how we tend to have 90% of our thoughts on repeat, wait what!? yeah listen in and find out what I mean. ;)
Leave a comment on what you thought after you listened!
Episode 18 | How to Best Support Your Partner in 2020
This episode covers how to best support your partner to have a smoother and healthier 2020 with your partner. As everyone is setting their New Year's Resolutions, it's time to get the support you need while supporting your partner in their dreams.

This episode talks about the missing linchpin trap that many fall into which prevents them from taking action and moving forward. If this is you, in some area of your life then make sure you take a listen!
Also, don't forget to leave a review on the podcast. People who haven't found us yet look at reviews to decide whether to watch or not so if you could help us out - we would greatly appreciate it!
Episode 16 | How To Get It ALL Done, In Much Less Time
This episode covers the concept of Parkinson's Law - work fills the time available for it's completion
Exercise:
Make a list of tasks and assign time to each one
1/2 the time of each task
**hold yourself to getting them done in the time alotted
***Reward yourself, much like we do to our kids when they get things done

Episode 15 | From Greatness to Mediocrity
We cover brain frequencies, far out idea, but very beneficial and helpful to understand how sometimes things go directly into the subconscious mind and how kids don't have the conscious body guards to help defend limiting beliefs from being created.
I also discuss how there are three different states that people usually tend to be in and how you can tell which one you're in and so much more.
I am excited for you to hear this podcast, because when I put this together in my own mind, it really helped make sense of many different concepts. If you have big ah-ha moments, please share them with me as I'm always curious to hear from how this information helps people.
Enjoy!
Episode 14 | Toxic Work Experience and Diversity
Overall / Agenda:
In this episode i'm going to cover how toxic work experience can be to you (if you let it) and not only what diversity means, but how powerful it can be if used correctly. I'm also going to cover a simple 3 step process you can use to go from uniformity or a single point of view to a more diverse perspective, instantly
Three simple steps to help when you're against an idea that someone is talking to you about. (Gain perspective to go from uniformity or singular point of view to a more diverse perspective)
1.) If i'm against this idea, what specific detail am I against and for what reason?
2.) What is different today that could enable that to be successful?
3.) How can I best support this idea or person to achieve their end result?
Exercise, just take notice throughout the next 7 days where you tend to prematurely shut ideas down and use the 3 simple steps to diversify your own perspective instantly. If you have moments when you did this and want to share, i'd love to hear about it, tag me in social media @ericyusko on IG/Twitter/FB or send me an email at eric.yusko@manofclass.com
Episode 13 | How to Get What You Want, and What Might be Getting in the Way
What you focus your attention on, is what happens in your life. This is most accurately true when it comes to the energy you’re showing up in every situation.
Albert Einstein worked many years understanding the relationship energy plays in the universe and he’s been arguably quoted saying “Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way, this is not philosophy, this is physics.”
A model that I use with my clients was founded by Bruce Schneider and it’s called the 7 levels of energy. It describes 7 levels that range from extremely catabolic energy to extremely anabolic energy.
