Episode 1 - Interview with a Chaplain
This interview was conducted with Pastor Julie Vega who is a chaplain. In it we discuss what chaplains do and what part they play in the care team. We also discuss the idea of faith-sharing and how we should understand that in the context of a healthcare setting. Finally, we discuss interventions that can help comfort a patient who is anxious. Please excuse the occasional interruptions and changes in recording tone. Background noise necessitated pausing and restarting during our interview which caused some quality issues.
