Er ist Gründer von MunichNFT, die weltweit erste City-NFT-Plattform für Kreative und Künstler, die NFTs kennenlernen, erstellen, münzen, versteigern und kaufen wollen. Im Interview geht es um die Einsatzmöglichkeiten von NFTs im Business Bereich, seine Vorstellungen vom Metaversum und über das Internet von Morgen.

This is the second episode on remote work and the future of regions. In this episode 2bAHEAD researcher Ronja Lutz is interviewing Gonçalo Hall, who is a serial entrepreneur focused on the future of work and remote work in particular. As part of a pilot project run by the Regional Government of Madeira, he has helped set up the Digital Nomad Village at Ponta do Sol on Madeira. The pilot launched in February 2021 and has been declared a huge success with over 3,200 Digital Nomads staying on different locations on Madeira and Porto Santo since. This interview will be featured in two episodes on our podcast – this first episode about Digital Nomads Madeira, and the second about how remote work is changing the future of regions.

Jens Tuider ist tätig als International Director und Special Advisor des CEOs des Unternehmens ProVeg International – einer Global Food Awareness NGO mit dem Ziel, unser Ernährungssystem nachhaltiger, gesünder und humaner zu gestalten. Er erschuf und leitet das Cellular Agriculture Project (CAP) bei ProVeg.

Neben seiner Tätigkeit bei ProVeg International doziert er über Tierethik an der FHM und hat kürzlich bei der Erarbeitung eines Buches zur Mensch-Tier-Beziehung der Bundeszentrale für Politische Bildung mitgewirkt. Er berät außerdem führende internationale Business Schools, Banken und Investoren für potentielle pflanzen- oder zellbasierte Fleischalternativen.

Leonie Bremer ist eine deutsche Klimaschutzaktivistin und seit 2019 unter anderem Pressesprecherin von Fridays For Future. Sie befindet sich derzeit im Masterstudium „Erneuerbare Energien“ an der Technischen Hochschule Köln. Im Rahmen von Eridays For Future kritisiert sie die Untätigkeit der Politik in Bezug auf die Klimakrise und fordert schnelles, datenbasiertes und lösungsorientiertes Handeln. Sieengagiert sich außerdem in der Klimaschutz-Bewegung „Ende Gelände“ und der Tierschutzorganisation „Anonymous for the Voiceless". Im Interview mit Jochen Burkhardt sieht Bremer einen starken Umbruch in der zukünftigen Wirtschaft, der durch zunehmenden gesellschaftlichen Druck und einen Generationenwechsel in Entscheidungspositionen vorangetrieben wird. Immer mehr Vertreter junger Generationen werden zukünftig ihr berufliches und politisches Handeln nach Nachhaltigkeitskriterien ausrichten und Unternehmen unterstützen, die dies ebenfalls tun.

Today, you will hear a conversation between Jaime Sevilla Molina and our researcher Ronja Lutz who worked together at the future of humanity institute in Oxford. Jaime is currently a Marie Curie grantee at the University of Aberdeen, where he pursues a PhD in Bayesian reasoning. Furthermore, he is a research affiliate at the Centre for the Study of Existential Risk in Cambridge.
In the interview, Jaime talks about Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing and even the probability of a nuclear war. He explains methods and tips on how to be a good forecaster, acknowledge uncertainty in predictions and why he thinks that expert interviews can be somewhat misleading in making accurate forecasts.

Individual motorized transport will decline, while public transport and mobility-as-a-service services will increase both within the city and between the city and the countryside.
