Life During the Pandemic
<li>Educate yourself go to CDC and WHO websites and educate yourself by listening to the experts. Also your state corona virus websites are a good source for information.</li>
<li>Ohio's website has resource for those who need help financially, education information for kids by age, and many more helpful resources.</li>
<li>Take precautions not only for yourself, but for respect for others: Wash your hands, practice social distancing, wear a mask in public places, and stay current with healthcare recommendations.</li>
<li>Self care is important: meditate, go for a walk, read a book, take a bubble bath, or find something that helps you relax and focus on you.</li>
<li>Plan a fun family night when you are unable to get out. Do a movie theme night or discuss books you have read. Game nights are fun with board games, trivia, or create your own.</li>
<li>Snacks: Popcorn, Pretzel sticks, and Cheetos.</li>
<li>Rice crispy treats: 1 jar of marshmallow fluffy, 2 1/2 cups of rice crispy treats, heat the fluff in the microwave and mix in a bowl and then put in a greased pan or a pan lined with parchment paper until cooled.</li>
