We are athletes and coaches. We are students and teachers. We are spouses and parents. Our experiences guide us toward consistent improvement.
A life of growth requires skill development. Challenge yourself. See what you can do, see what you need to do, see what matters to you.
We watch our athletes, clients, friends and employees improve. It inspires us. Journey with us as we explore what their experiences mean for us. And what they could mean for you.

131 - What Would We Do Differently If…?
In this episode we look to challenge some of our basic assumptions about the things we do in our leadership. For coaches and leaders out there, this episode is packed with ideas to help you reflect on the season or project you just finished or the new opportunity right in front of you. As I have been working with coaches to wind down from the fall season and ramp up into the winter season I have seen some patterns in the types of questions I have been asking and answering. Here is a glimpse into some of my big takeaways from those conversations.

His joy, passion and compassion are obvious, it pours out of him. He challenges us to find a way to get in rhythm with life. From taking a 10-minute timeout daily to carving out time for your spouse with a regular date night or creating a weekly Sabbath for your family, Tom thinks about the different ways that space allows him to fill his heart and then give that fullness away. I love his challenge to ask ourselves to wonder about how someone else's heart is doing, it can't help but make you feel love and compassion for that person. Tom grew us today and helped us get one step closer to what an integrated life might look like.
