F.L.Y. - First Love Yourself

Recently I’ve been seeing an uproar of stories about abuse, sexual harassment, racial discrimination, and bullying on social media. As such, I've decided to make this week's episode about potentially helpful self-care coping mechanisms. 

After reading some articles and watching some videos, I've decided to compile 3 tips to help us start our journey towards self love.
