015 Season Finale with Alessia
Hello and welcome to the Finale of the First Season of the F.E.M. podcast. In this episode, I will be going over some of my favorite moments from the season. When I started the podcast in May of this year, I had no idea how profound the learnings from these conversations would be. There are so many quotes from these powerful women that have resonated profoundly and that I find myself repeating daily.
Look out for Season 2 which I will be recording during the next few months. If you want to be a speaker or want to recommend a speaker, please email me via the Contact Form on the FemaleEmpowermentMarket.com website. In the interim, I invite you to sign up to my weekly newsletter that comes out each Monday night, where I share brands of female-founded companies that I am looking to incorporate into my life.
As always, please LIKE, SUBSCRIBE, SHARE, COMMENT, RATE this podcast so we can keep sharing the stories of more amazing women. Thank you and see you next season!

000 Alessia Tacchella Introduction
Hello and welcome to my version of Female Founder Fridays! I am your host, Alessia Tacchella, a finance professional by background and an entrepreneur by choice.
At age 16 I graduated high school, and at age 20 I was a portfolio manager and trader at BlackRock. Now, I am on a newfound road with the purpose of contributing to gender equality.
This podcast grew out of my personal frustration of not seeing enough women showcased at the forefront of innovation and of success.
My goal, through conversations with Female Founders, is to add to the narrative of inclusivity in entrepreneurship and business. Each week I speak with an awesome woman and ask her about her entrepreneurial journey with all the glory and the struggle. We discuss best and worst advice and hopefully shed more light on ourselves as leaders who are out there making progress. These women are my inspiration and I hope they can be yours too!
Come by every Friday for a new episode and grow your network with us!
