Coffee Club presents Vesta Coffee Roasters
Pour in the Alley's Erica Bell sits down with Jerad from Vesta Coffee where we learn a little history on The Arts District, how Jerad was a web developer before becoming a roaster, and how coffee merch and design plays a big part of this new Coffee Culture we are all fans of.
Be sure to wait for the little surprise we have for you at the end of the episode on what you can look forward to from Pour in the Alley!
Pour it Alley talks with Take it Easy Coffee Roasters
Erica from Pour in the Alley got a chance to sit down with Josh where he told us the importance of working directly with the farmers. The farmers are working hard in remote areas of Colombia to get the best beans and to perfect the art of roasting. He describes the process as “beautiful and complex” with the end result being so simple.
“…what people go through for others to enjoy a quality cup of coffee is incredible.”
They have big things planned for 2021 and want to bring back in-person cupping events, but first, he wants Take it Easy to really focus on producing the most perfect product for consumers. While he aligns himself with being #rootedinfamily, he says Take it Easy is #rootedincraftsmanship and we couldn't agree more.
Thank you for subscribing to our Coffee Club, and we cannot wait to see you next month!
