I had a wonderful time speaking with George & Sarah Harris: warm-hearted and brilliant mystics, spiritual seekers and masters at explaining and embodying the lessons of the Bhagavad Gita, a sacred Hindu text that has shaped the lives of Mahatma Gandhi, Carl Jung, George Harrison and many other beings across time and space.
This transcendent conversation is a beautiful introduction to the concept of Karma Yoga, or Way of Action, and how we can incorporate its perennial precepts into our daily life in order to live in harmony with ourselves and the world around us.

Journey to Self-Love w/ Benjamin-Shalom Rodriguez
Title Track: Higher Than This by Tristan Simone
Hello Lovetoday Community! Welcome again to the Lovetoday Podcast, whose mission it is to help us discover joy, balance and drive in the here and now, one conversation at a time. This week I talked to wonderful and incredibly funny Benjamin-Shalom Rodriguez. Ben is a queer, Mexican-Israeli-American Jewish writer, director and comedian from SoCal. He's an alumnus of Sundance Screenwriters Intensive, Ryan Murphy's HALF Directing Program, and Film Independent's Project Involve, among other prestigious programs.
I think you’re really going to love listening to this funny, relatable and moving conversation that I had with Ben, who made me laugh the hardest I had in a long time, and who shared some really beautiful wisdom on how we can learn to better love and accept ourselves for all that we are, and have a grand time while we do so. We also talk about spiritual bypassing, the shadow self, and Ben recounts the first-ever shrooms story of the Lovetoday podcast (which I honestly don’t think will be the last).
Make sure to check out Ben's hilarious show, Stoned Breakups!
