Learning feels Unsafe & Comfort Zone is Stagnation
In this episode, I get candid about why I almost stopped creating podcast episodes. How high expectations on ourselves can keep us stagnated in what we know and feel safe doing. And how opening ourselves up to being learners is the only way we can grow as individuals and as professionals. 4 Questions on Finding Safety
1. What happened to us? Why don't people who like us, even claim to love us not as us What Happened to us to make us who/what we are?
2. Who are We? Do we really know who we are at this present moment? Does it matter? What if we are nothing, no one, fluid, in transition?
3. Who Have we Been? Can we answer the question Who are We without answering this question, Who Have we Been?
4. Who are we Becoming? Can we influence who we become? If yes, how? If no, what's the point?
