對於好多人，戀愛大過天。為左愛，你可以去到幾盡？ 今次呢個嘉賓， Elco Kan ，簡杏芳, 佢由佢老公，當年男友的引領同鼓勵下，成為運動達人，佢的演化又係點發生？ 以下係佢嘅簡介:
小時候自覺沒有運動天份，運動不多， 大學畢業後從事廣告及marketing的相關工作。在偶然下，認識了運動發燒友的現任老公。因為愛，由唔運動變得戀上運動，再成功考取國際田聯一級教練的資格。在這10年間，成立了帶給小朋友運動的鐵人家族、成年人運動的慈善體能班，以及專為女士而設的Miss Run；Miss Run到現在已有超過百位學員。在2021年更和老公一起聯同運動筆記合辦12 峰越野跑步賽。

近年越來越多人會為了找尋夢想而辭職或者轉行，我們今天的嘉賓，大學畢業便開始在傳媒工作，做周刊美容編輯， 10幾年來一直都做得很開心，完全沒有想過要轉行。但早幾年傳統紙媒迅速電子化，一路專注稿的她，突然要兼顧拍片和其他電子資訊，完全不是她想做的東西，於是決心裸辭，停一停，讓自己有空間思考將來的路向。一向喜歡插花的她，無心插柳之下開了網上花店，每天對着心愛的花，做自己喜歡做的事情。幾年幵來，花店生意越做越好，除了有一班穩定的客戶，更有機會跟國際美容品牌合作，用鮮花點綴他們的店舖和大型活動。
這個人生，屬於專業花藝師Jasmine Lui。

Flo 女人同學會第一次請來嘉賓， 我們找上了五年前決定退隱都市生活，歸園田居的Mink Chan。阿Mink係前社工， 多年來一直只為別人而活， 40多歲毅然放下一切，搬回老家大嶼山水口村陪伴母親， 開始攝影、種植， 當上園藝治療師， 農夫及蜂農，跟伴侶過着上山下海的生活。歸園田居，只為自己而活, 做一直想做的事、或者從來沒有想過的事。

「70後的女性 香港的原居民 第十代生於大嶼山的水口村 小時候看過農耕的水口, 荷花香、一片黃金稻田 昆蟲動物是玩具 上山下海像野孩子般。 我喜歡用文字去表達, 所以做過编輯、記者的工作, 後來做義工發覺自己好適合做社工 所以去進修讀社工、做社工 做夠了, 攰了, 去尋找感情記託, 却悟出愛人不如愛己 愛自己的父母手足 陪父渡過留醫的最後幾個月人生 決定搬回老家陪孤母 再投入水口的懷抱 回味加重新體會水口的生活 開始攝影、種植、學習園藝治療 當上園藝治療師和農夫 幸運遇上好伴侶, 一起種菜、養蜂又下海 人生的下半場 又在水口過着上山下海的生活 我滿足,因為追求的不是物質生活。 人生係應該有自由、有選擇的, 所以從不勉強自己和別人。 我感到幸福, 因為會感恩。 珍惜眼前, 所有人和物都係寶貴的。」

在香港筆耕多年後， 新婚的Carmen於2003年決定嫁雞隨雞, 跟隨美籍丈夫返美。 面對新的地方， 最難的事，是要重新認識自己。 終於，成就解鎖，由在香港執筆以寫中文為生，轉型到喺美國寫英文，看似容易，極不容易。多年來過着半遊牧生活，住遍美國東南西北5個不同州份，現居波士頓鄰近小鎮，日間在當地一家大學從事市場推廣工作，晚上忙於周旋在家中一大兩小之間，難得找來時間讀書寫字，調節心理。首篇英文短篇小說FOURTEEN，刊於小說集HONG KONG NOIR (Akashic 2018) 一書中。
