My clothes are dirty from the past few months of grueling labor, they're still damp from the water that splashed on me from the pavement that I was cleaning yesterday. They hang atop my body so frail and malnourished, I can hardly remember that last morsel I've eaten since they started lacing my meals with sedatives. My mind is but a broken catacomb of memories long forgotten, only visions of a past life that I long to return to...but at this point I hardly recognize my dreams from my waking life anymore...it's all a mess. My only remaining certainty is that i must return to what I still believe to be my former life. A life that seems to distant yet so close but barely out of reach, a life in which I have a place to call my own...with a family of whom I am a part of...but then again...what's to say that place I long for is real...all I know for certain is that place exists if only in my mind...for now at least...

I also want us to in any way that we can try to cheer you up from all of the bad news that we’ve been getting recently, however I also don’t want us to seem like we’re ignoring or avoiding the circumstances we are all in so for this matter today’s episode will be shorter and we will be discussing the black lives matter movement as it is something that is very important to everyone and not only in the US but in the world. As a minority myself I have faced criticism and racism in my personal life and I’ve also seen others in my life experience it firsthand and I think that gives me at least a small idea of what black people go through every day and I cannot fathom the fear that they must have to not even be able to go to the grocery store without being racially profiled or heart. A country that has decided to keep minorities down because of the color of their skin and country that allows people to hurt others so freely is not a country that should be proud to call themselves the land of the free and the home of the brave, and to infringe on the peoples rights is directly in opposition of what their national anthem claims to be about. With liberty and justice for all. To be silent is to be compliant and until Black Lives Matter, no lives do.
