The purpose of this Podcast is to help those struggling with fear so severely that it stops you from making the critical decisions you need to make in your career in your business to build your epic work life.

If you don't know the difference between your intuition/gut and genuine panicky fear, we end up in places we never should go. Instead, you've got to start listening more to the wisdom you've gathered over the decades of your experience as a business or corporate leader. You have a lot of information inside of a step that was not tapping into.

Hello Superheroes.

Join our community of Ambitious C-Suite and High Performing women who are committed to breaking free from toxic workplaces and creating a work that excites them at freedomwithfola.com.

I few weeks ago, I put a poll in my facebook group and asked the question “Do you feel worthy?” The overwhelming response was no. And that’s a big deal As a result, I recorded a podcast on worthiness and how you can feel more worthy at work and in life.

Feeling worthy means you believe that you’re good enough, and youe have what it takes to make an impact and only two people can make you feel worthy.

We created a community for high performing senior women who feel stuck  and or unfulfilled in their careers. This is a space to connect with  like-minds and provide some support. If you would like to be a part of  this growing community, please send an email to folajimiworldwide@gmail.com, and we will notify you when we are running the next virtual workshop or join our Facebook group.

Fola Jimi on What is your next level?

Hey, what’s YOUR next level?

Hi, Superheroes,

A few months ago, a couple of women asked me how they could break through the glass ceiling and get to the next level of their careers? It's a big question, so I decided to answer it in this episode.

Today, I’ll share with you:

  1. A high-level roadmap to help you build a career that excites you and breaking through the glass (or rather concrete) ceiling or walk out of the whole building
  2. The significance of taking off your mask and being radically honest about who you are and what you want
  3. Why you need to be unapologetic about what you are willing to do to get you to where you want to be
  4. Why you should align your skills to your passion and do the types of work what makes you feel fulfilled
  5. Why you should stop oscillating between who you are and what you want for yourself
