While debt is often (justifiably) framed in a negative light there are ways to utilize and structure it for your benefit. Today Adam and Ari dive into differentiating good debt and bad debt, and how the binary view some personalities have with debt has a beneficial message for a wide audience, but can be edited when speaking to individuals with different goals.

Let's look ahead to 2021 at some of the challenges we will continue to face.

Interview with Alexander Bigbie, Founder and Executive Director at Flyte
I am excited to introduce Alexander Bigbie, a New Orleans transplant with a unique financial background. Once an investment banker, he fell in love with the city of New Orleans and uses his wealth of knowledge to aid the youth in our higher education system so they can properly navigate traditional financial difficulties young adults face.
More on Flyte: Flyte is a nonprofit that aims to improve the overall levels of financial literacy among young adults from low and middle income backgrounds in New Orleans.
70% of Americans are financially illiterate and have little to no access to education that can help them better understand how to budget, build credit and avoid toxic debt. Most of the mistakes that people make are in young adulthood and can be easily prevented with a small amount of education.
We partner up and coordinate with retail banks in the city in order to properly deploy all of their resources across schools in the city.
Flyte also offers coaching sessions to employees in the private sector as part of its broader mission to improve the city's overall financial literacy
