Side note: I had a snack lol 5. What do you do when you've hit a plateau in your weight loss, and you're a woman of a particular age (I'm over 50)? I did well losing 33 pounds on keto, but put on 10 pounds in the last year. I'm upset about that and am working on losing that weight again. I'm also dealing with post menopause and looking at balancing hormones naturally, with absolutely no help from doctors (they keep telling me everything is normal, but I know my body better than they do)
