Guided mindfulness with your baby - Pushing the Stroller
This is a short 9 minute Mental Fitness and Mindfulness practice you can do with your infant.
It is specifically designed for when you are pushing them in the stroller. This session will help you be more present and connected with your little one while build your mental muscles so you can have more command over your mind.

Walking Mindfulness with your Baby
This is a short 9 minute walking mindfulness practice you can do with your infant. It is specifically designed for when you have them in a carrier strapped to your chest.
This session will help you be more present and connected with your little one while build your mental muscles so you can have more command over your mind.
