Tales from the Wandering Scribe Author Interview: Indie Author Sierra Amaz
Welcome my fellow authors to another author interview. Today, we are joined by author Sierra Amaz. Sierra Amaz has been writing stories since she was little. She spends most of her time with her dad and dog, Darcy. She reads way too much smut and believes that chocolate is an essential part of every day. She hopes that her stories bring her readers an escape from the nonsense that is adulting.
Sierra writes fantasy and paranormal romance novels. She likes to think of them as plots with spice. If you like Greek mythology, consider the Afterever series. It follows a group of paranormal beings as they try to prevent a world-dooming prophecy from coming true. If you like spicy monster romances, consider trying the Aftercourse series. Each book has an incubi and details them finding their fated mate.

Greetings Fellow Historians. Welcome back to the Channel. In this episode, I have Historian and fellow content creator Lisa Weakland. She is a proud mother of two, a military spouse, and is currently living in beautiful Washington D.C. Living in the Carolinas inspired her to go back to school and complete her bachelor's in history. She is a homeschool momma and when she is not running the kids to sports or out exploring with them, she likes to hit the gym and hang out at the beach. Her passion is history and genealogy. She loves to read historical genres, like biographies and historical fiction. She likes to search archives and loves to visit one of the old plantations, battlefields, or any of the historical gems found in America. She also runs a historical social media page called "historical_usa" that focuses on America's founding period. She loves to share the history of this great country with others. Tales From the Wandering Scribe Author Interview: Upcoming Indie Author Chris Hackett
Greetings, fellow authors. Today, we have another author interview. In this episode, we have upcoming indie author Chris Hackett, author of the upcoming historical fantasy novel Invicta: Fall of Rome. Invicta: Fall of Rome explores the era around the fall of ancient Rome (also called late antiquity), which is under-appreciated in fiction. The novel answers the timeless question of why the Roman Empire collapsed through the lens of an ancient world rich with magic transitioning to a medieval world untrusting of it, ultimately to a modern world entirely without it. This is Chris's second novel, but the one he cherishes the most. Spending little over a decade in research and planning, Chris aims to make this story unlike anything else, with Invicta being the first in a series of books. Hello Fellow Authors. Welcome to another author interview on Tales from the Wandering Scribe. Today we are joined by author #3 from the LA Festival of Books, author S.G.Blasie. S.G.Blasie is a fantasy and sci-fi award-winning author of The Last Lumenian, a book featured on the channel. Author interview; Newly Published Nick Stitle
Hello fellow authors. Welcome to a special author interview. Todao'sday'st is the youngest author featured on the channel, newly published indie author Nick Stitle. Nick is just seventeen years old, and while Stormless is his first "real" book, it is far from the first story he has told. He has always been fascinated with reading, and once he began middle school, he thought he'd try writing. As he learned and grew as a student, his writing also improved. He connected with other readers and writers in his grade, compelling him to work even harder on his writing. He juggled tennis, golf, writing, and reading throughout middle school and built an impressive academic resume. And, of course, he always loved (and still does love) to kill a few hours on PlayStation gaming with friends. However, beginning in high school, he started to take writing more seriously. After finishing his freshman tennis season, which would ultimately be the only season he played in high school, he began formulating a new story. Fast-forward nearly a year, and after spending all summer relentlessly working on his tennis skills, injuries forced him to stop. He soon realized, however, that this was an opportunity to begin working on the project he had been so carefully putting together in his head. And so, starting in the fall of 2021, he began writing Stormless. He woke up early every day to work on the project before school; by May, he was finished. He was paired with an editor on Reedsy, and after spending the summer working with her and revising his work, Stormless was nearly complete. Since then, he has begun working on a new, untitled project while continuing to tighten up Stormless. He has recently started a social media account to connect with other writers! He doesn't plan to stop writing stories; writing is his passion, and his dream is to share his stories with readers worldwide. Even with Stormless books one and two nearly completed at seventeen, this is still a lofty goal. Still, his journey as a writer is just beginning. To follow Nick and his journey, check out the links below and purchase a copy of Stormless on Barnes and Noble or Amazon. Amazon listing: https://www.amazon.com/Stormless-Nick... The Traveller Inceptio Review
Welcome, fellow listeners. Today we have another book review, courtesy of author Rob Shackleford. If you are a fan of the book and film Timeline, then you will love The Traveller Inceptio. The Traveller Inceptio follows a group of special forces soldiers who are sent back 1000 into the past and land in 11th century Saxon England, to rescue one of their own after the creation of the Transporter becomes common knowledge. However, they soon realize that their fancy technology and weaponry may not be enough to survive in this dangerous period of human history. Full of exquisite detail, imagery, relatable characters, and humor, the Traveller Inceptio is a must-buy for those of time travel, history, and a great story.

The Sentimental Dead review
Welcome fellow scribes and quill masters. Today we have another book review courtesy of Indie author Ravven White. This is a first for the channel as it is a Vampire story, but not your typical vampire storyline. In this world created by Ravven, we find the population divided between Vampires and humans. Within these two major groups are the elites and the turned. The turned are non-born vampires, those that have been transformed in some way or form. The titular character is Emile thorn, who, along with his company and best friend Ash hunts down monsters who seek the disrupt the balance between the two groups. Yet relics of Emiles past come to light and throw the hunter down a spiral of self-reflection and more. Are we born monsters? Or do we become them?
This book is not for the typical reader as the author does have trigger warnings for specific elements, yet if you can get past those, you will enjoy the story.

The Four Lands of Arravan Review
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, fellow scribes. Join me on this festive day of the year as we read and review The Four lands of Arravan by Autumn Amber. In the initial chapter, this book reminds me a lot of Avatar the Last Airbender in terms of the four clans, based solely upon the four elements: fire, water, earth, and air, as well as blending high fantasy themes. In addition, I am also getting subtle witcher vibes regarding the social-political instability between the Fae, those who can control the elements, and the humans on a tense footing with their magical neighbors. The book follows the event after the fated trinity war, and life is still rebuilding and healing. A fund and adventures read, I highly recommend you read it and support the author.

Silver Mercy Review
They say two is better than one. I have returned with another book review, this time from author _Autumn_Amber_'s. This book is called Silver Mercy, and boy, does this story have a tale to tell. According to the story: It is said that our world was created in a flash of fire. A Phoenix, an Ancient soul named Solaris, destined to die, collided with the barren earth and thus created what we know today. With its life force flowing through the planet's very core, it was reborn in the form of man. And Solaris’ spirit rose to the skies and sought refuge amongst his brothers and sisters, that, too, shone in the depth of space. But, it was not just humans that rose from the ashes. Another Bloodline ran alongside them. It harnessed abilities of great nature. They would soon come to be known as Gracers and their superiors. The Architects. If that does not grab your attention, I don't know what will. This first chapter sets the stage in early 19th century London, and we are introduced to the powerful families that live amongst the humans, living by their laws, but something changes the world, for both man and the world.

His friends, Adam, Liz, Carl, and Jess, are joining him, who also receive their gifts from a being known as Quintal. They love the idea of having powers and feel like superheroes, but soon reality begins to change as creatures from other dimensions pour into their world for conquest. Now the classmates must unite as friends and allies to best this new enemy and become the protectors of the ten dimensions. For those who like coming-of-age stories with a hint of magic, sci-fi, and fantasy, this is the book for you.
