Welcome to our first episode!  We cover our story and how we found a way to include gaming and fitness in our lives.  We also cover a few tips for anyone out there who might be looking to get started.  If you like this episode, please give it a rating and be sure to subscribe for more.  We plan to release on a two-week cadence, but might be more often if we feel there's something we just can't wait to cover.  While this episode might have leaned on the fitness side of things, we plan to cover gaming topics in detail on future episodes as well!  Console/game releases, current games keeping our interest, story lines, lore, and more!
