Pandemic Art Therapy
This past summer, I signed up for a 5 Day Challenge Art Journal workshop because, I needed a creative artsy outlet to let off some steam. It was quite therapeutic. In this podcast, I talk about my experience in the workshop and other ways I channel my creativity during this pandemic, and the idea that we all don't have to be super artists but just have the want to be creative in our own unique ways. Hot Planner Summer
We can all agree that 2020 has been absolutely nuts! However, one thing that 2020 has afforded me is the opportunity to slow down, reassess, review, and most importantly, write things down! In this podcast, I discuss my movement towards using paper planners again, a practice I had gotten out of the habit of before the pandemic. I have found paper planners, planning, and writing things down during this pandemic to be quite helpful. Plant Mom
I don't have kids, cats, or dogs but now I'm a #PlantMom, all gifted to us at my mother's homegoing. Let's hope I have inherited my mother's #greenthumb, I'll keep you posted on their progress! I've given them all fun names…Stay Tuned for their progress on my blog at: https://the40andoverproject.com and join the Facebook group at www.facebook.com/groups/the40andoverprojectpodcast
