I was a former sex-crimes prosecutor, and now focus on cases involving cell phones, forensic computer searches, and social media evidence. I've received acquittals and dismissals for numerous clients charged with crimes by using my expertise and knowledge in these fields. I've appeared on CNN, WSB-TV, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Daily Report, and various news sources such as the Huffington Post and Daily Mail in Europe.
I enjoy Braves baseball, MLB network, and taxes!

What is a Focus Group for criminal defense cases?
I recently took part in a Focus Group for one of my criminal defense cases. A focus group is a group of would-be-jurors who sit and listen to your case before you actually go to trial. A good focus group will give you both positive and negative remarks about your case. A MUST for big cases!
Focus groups are used in both criminal and civil cases.
