Coach Kenny Dusseault has been involved in coaching High Performance Athletes since the age of 16. Over the course of that time he has worked with kids as young as 7 years old teaching training fundamentals, through to National Champion athletes in powerlifting & combat sports, to professional athletes in various combat sports, football, and hockey. His athletes continue to compete internationally and at the highest level.

Kenny’s approach to coaching is very simple. The goal is not to build a better hockey player, MMA fighter, football player, etc. The goal is to build an athlete. The goal is to make you stronger, faster, more explosive, more resilient to injury… If we can achieve this, your sport coaches will have a MUCH easier job making you into a better player / competitor specific to your given tasks.

One of the things we value most is building a COMPLETE athlete. This means not just focusing on the physical, but also helping athletes develop their mental approach to both training and their sport to help them further succeed as they progress throughout their careers!

She is half Swiss, half French-Canadian and is from a small town near Ottawa. Since she was a teenager, she always said she would not be happy if she was not creating art, so she up & moved to Sudbury and completed her Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design with Honors from Cambrian College.

She has been working with youth for four years, and is constantly amazed by the energy and passion that young people have. She centers her work around the needs and questions that youth have. Some of the areas she has focused on are mental health and topics of interest for the 2SLGBTQ+ community.

Throughout Raphy's life, her generalized anxiety went unnoticed from others and even herself, as she never took it seriously. Now that she has received a diagnosis and has begun to learn more about herself and how to live with anxiety, she have taken on an interest in helping other youth along their path to a healthier mind. The first step is to talk about it and she believes the second step is to start working on getting the support you need to be in a good place.

Craig Lewin is a 36-year-old American open water swimmer and coach. He is the founder of Endurance Swimming and a USA Swimming Coach, a level 2 ASCA coach, a Level 1 & 2 USMS coach, a Channel Swimming Association Approved marathon swim coach and a Triple Crown Marathon Swimmer. With a master's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology, a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Movement Science, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Sociology, Craig has combined his love of the water with his education to become a well rounded swim coach.

A graduate of Boston College and the Varsity NCAA Division I Swim Team, Lewin was a nationally-ranked triathlete and completed the Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming in July of 2020. His swimming expertise has helped him become a successful competitor in the sport of triathlon and now he wants to share his experience, knowledge and swimming techniques.

Bad days good days stressful days and lets just first address that it is ok to have bad days no matter what you do and they are always going to happen no matter what you do. 

Are the days dragging on? Is it a job you’re doing or a career? Does this job contribute to the greater goal of where you see your path and career taking you?

The way I see jobs or working in your twenties may not be the best way to look at it but its how I decide whether the job is worth sticking it out in or if I should leave it and persue other opportunities.
