Welcome to the Badass Subscriber Group! Not a bad name, now that I type it out!
You are going to get all kinds of goodies as they emerge from my creatively feverish soul. It’s so wild! I found a 15-year-old set of training videos I recorded when I was out in California, and the message was so still-on-point, I thought for a moment, “Wait…what the hell have I been learning these last 10 years? Did I already know it? Have I secretly lost my mind?”
But no. I understand that there is knowing a thing, and then there is experiencing a thing. And that is what I want to give those of you who are here with me in this particular journey!

Blaine Millet has worked in traditional settings, but the approach he now brings as a consultant to businesses is far from traditional. In fact, he is championing and demonstrating the effectiveness of emotion - that disrespected "touchy-feely" aspect of humanness - which is ignored at our peril, both personally and professionally.
This feminine aspect of humanness has been put down and utilized for purposes of shame and control. But Blaine understands that when it comes to doing business well, we are missing the boat entirely if we continue to focus exclusively on process and product. So he goes into businesses and teaches them how to do it all differently; and when he leaves the businesses, there is - as he puts it - "no going back, because why would anyone want to?"

Too many of us suffer from problems with sex and we don't have a place to reach out in safety and learn, and ask questions that affect the very quality of our lives. Until now.
El is the founder of Luvia, which opens the door to questions about sex which are not taught in the medical profession - even to OB-GYN's - and which we have been afraid to ask. She is also launching an app, and expanding her information and assistance to include men and the LGBTQ community.

This first episode is about Martha Gellhorn, journalist and writer and general badass. This woman broke rules to make sure that she covered wars and all kinds of unrest around the world. And she started doing that in the 1930's! She ran straight through the pearl-wearing, husband-obeying '40's and '50's and kept going into her 80's.
She is an example of courage, determination, self-expression and tenacity.
