#16: Self-sabotage - Shooting yourself in the foot
Self-sabotage is a common and subtle behavior, even therapists are not spared from such behavior. In this episode, Alicia and Mei discussed about self-sabotage as a form of self-harm and it stemming from our unquestioned beliefs about ourselves and the world (starting from within ourselves to affecting our relationships). Toxic masculinity is a cultural concept that glorifies strength and dominance, forcing men to meet a strict expectation of manliness.
