This episode is part 2 of our discussion with clinical psychologist Dr. Katherine Sharpe-Jones. We will continue our conversation on the recent social upheaval, the impact of exposure to long-standing trauma on Black Americans, and the impact of it all on mental and emotional health. We will cover mental health concerns like depression, anxiety, and PTSD and ways to identify manifestations. Plus, we will delve into the impact that the current social climate may have on children.
