Recruiting firms that are hiring, are spending between eight and 30 seconds reading your resume, that means they're spending that they're reading the top third to maybe the top half of your resume. It's accepted in Western society to have a ring and a wedding ring, not necessarily your fingers, where you have one or two rings on each finger, and you're coming into an interview kind of thing. It's a cultural thing. And unfortunately, that culture might impact the reaction. He helps people understand what job searching is not that complicated. If you understand the systems, and you understand the formulas, it's all systematic. You have your own achievements, you have your own contribution. Notable clients include music brands, like Primavera festival, Vice magazine, cafe, Del Mar and Cafe Mambo in Ibiza, numerous educational institutions, and not for profits, including one ocean and UNICEF. Let's get into some technical stuff with James. Our Guest James Mulvaney LinkedIn : Website :  (Blog) Twitter : jmulvany Hacks to Take Away What are the different reasons why people go on podcasting. There's no harm in doing some interesting conversations and meeting some new people and providing some kind of entertainment or education for your audience. I was doing sales in designing the website. But I was probably kind of a bit of a jack of all trades and Master of None. I think podcasts are almost like an evolution of radio in a sense. But the difference really, between radio and podcast, is a podcast is something that you download, you can listen to it from the beginning to the end, and for radio you tune in if you listen to what's happening right now. I think the fact that these kinds of communication tools, zoom and your radio, podcasting, and video chat, and all these live streaming functionalities are available on a wide range of platforms just make the whole thing really accessible to everyone. Being a guest on someone else's podcast is a great way to go if you're not really ready to take the plunge and start your own podcast. I always had an interest in the behind the scenes stuff, figuring out how things work. So I guess it's kind of in a sense, and that's really what I've ended up doing.

I always say to people that there are a lot of people who are carrying "Giddens Calls". So many people have lost their jobs, and it's gonna take a long time for the economy to recover. So in the meantime, we got to do with what we have right now gotta utilize what we have. I had to decided to deposit, I had to decide to set myself free. The moment I did that, my mind opened up. Oftentimes we're comparing ourselves against an unrealistic idea. And this is not helpful for anyone. Sometimes we forget that we are human, and there's only so much we can do. And we also need to prioritize all the things that we could be doing. Being able to create money from the comfort of my home, regardless of any circumstances, was more important than the discomfort of my fears of overcoming and stepping through my fears. I understand the value of coaching, I understand the value of investing. If your goals are more important than your circumstances, you'll figure it out. Like marketing is all about creating connections.

Sometimes it's just doing the little bit more scary thing outside your comfort zone so that you can get to the next step beyond that. I don't think it's healthy to make somebody feel wrong for having fear. Because that was the assumption for me because I was afraid to sing in front of people. So just doing the best you can that day and truly being the best you can do and knowing you kind of left it all out on the field, that's still going to build your confidence. Best practices with marketing in a way that can express themselves either in writing or public speaking. I do see it as a potentially really loud and intrusive way to finally do those things you've always wanted to do to say those things you've always wanted to say and do those passions because now we don't really have a choice. We are forced into a new path. I'm somebody who comes across as very confident. I'm somebody who comes across as very put together. And I'm somebody who has both an artistic and a very logical sense about me.

Let's go win keys to living your best life and the company to follow that. That's what I'm passionate about. Be kind to yourself, because the truth is told, if you mess up, it's amazing how hard we are on ourselves when it's really not that big a deal. What are you feeding your mind, body, and soul with? Is it positive? Or is it potentially just negative and just really brings your whole aura, everything just becomes that so you have to guard it closely. Just dump everything from your mind onto paper and then put it into hopefully a very fun readable that people can get a lot of nuggets out of. Did you know that 80% of our hardwires are put into us before the age of five? There's no possible way to please everyone because we're all so different. But if you are giving 100% of you to whatever you're doing, and you're bringing positivity and value to this world.

Our Guest Russel Nohelty LinkedIn: Websites:  (Personal Website)  (Company Website)  (Company Website) Facebook: https: // Hacks to take Away Comics led him to novels and novels led me to more novels. Ended up learning a lot. There's just so much more you have to do in good fiction writing, and he finds it to be nearly impossible. Many people are experts or there are many masters, but there's no one who's ever done it perfectly. We're all dealing with the exact same demons telling us all of the empty pages and like how to write faster and how to come up with an idea. And I will just say, that was self. It's easier to research now, but most of my work comes from, like mythology and magic. My tip is if you could do something else, go do it because books are everything that someone would do. If you're writing a business plan, this would not be like a product that they would say that would be wise to invest in or give capital to. So we only do it because you love to do it.

Jesse is available for speaking engagements and book signings. Our Guest Jesse Cruz LinkedIn: Facebook: Hacks to Take Away I knew that my writing could help something, someone else to go through challenges that they're going through. And the purpose of the book is that you're given, which is a small part of the tombstone, which is a huge part of your life. It's because we don't know when our time is going to end. We have limited time here. I'm in tune with these eight areas of my life, and I'm intentionally finding ways to develop them, and to grow them, then my life is much more meaningful. The writing was therapy for me. That's what helped me gather my thoughts, my feelings, my emotions, to try to make sense of my life and what I experienced in it. I just try to turn my pain into power. If you have paint and you don't do anything with it, then it becomes destructive. But if you take paint, do something constructive with it, it becomes powerful and it brings it to the purpose and that's what I want it to do. My goal is just to help people a little less not to say I'm going to give you the cure. I'm going to wave this magic wand and it's all going to go away. But
