Laura Pierce grew up immersed in the world of design, but it took a few stops along the way before she decided to pursue the RISD interior design certificate and launch her full service interior design business, Keeler & Co. Laura shares what it was like to start and grow her interior design business, from getting her first studio space to hiring her first team member. She thinks carefully about the service she provides and how she can ensure that her clients have a beautiful, livable and personal space. She recently announced the opening of Rusticator, a brick and mortar shop in Seal Harbor, ME where she will have a design studio and retail outpost where you can buy furnishings and accessories from some of her favorite craftspeople and vendors.
