Life throws many problems and struggles frequently. In the past I would get easily anxious and flustered. Gradually over time I realized that difficulties and challenges bring out our inner strength. I started looking at a challenging situation as an opportunity to learn, develop and progress. Sharing what helps me.
Declutter Mind; Forgive And Forget
Happy memories make us feel warm and give us positive energy whereas not so happy memories tend to negatively impact our mind and indirectly our health. Even though something may have happened a long time ago, we often find ourselves unable to forgive and forget. We find it difficult to move on. This occasionally keeps us from enjoying the present and we may miss out on those beautiful moments which could have been happy memories for the future that we would have cherished for a long time.

My life has been very busy with work, kids, travel etc. It is the story of life for most of us right? But gradually I realized that it is time to take a break, it is the time to listen to myself and concentrate on the real me. The real me includes my mind, body and soul. Developing Positive Attitude
When we face challenging situations in our life, we find ourselves surrounded by fear, worries, stress and anxiety which then grow in a self-perpetuating fashion. We need to search for the light of inner peace and power within ourselves to turn our negative outlook towards life into a positive one. The power of positivity makes wonders and miracles happen in our life. It clears the negative mist in front of our eyes and opens our vision to the unlimited possibilities and opportunities available for us which were invisible to us earlier as we were too focused on our unnecessary insecurities, anxiety and apprehensions in life.
Peace of Mind- Om chanting
Peace of mind is the key to our overall wellbeing. It is directly related to happiness and inner peace. The more peaceful and calm our mind is, the less stress is perceived by our delicate mind and thus healthier and stronger our mind becomes. Om is the basic sound of the universe; chanting it helps us temporarily dissociate from our worries thus decreasing our stress burden. Let us try out some OM chanting. It just takes a few minutes a day.
