Now that I am more self-aware, after being so calm, peaceful, and happy for the last six days, it only took about 10 minutes of being in Los Angeles to feel the stress hormones in my body start pumping.  It took me FOUR hours to get home from the airport in LA.  Yet it took me FOUR HOURS to fly from Cancun airport to LA.  I'm over this place.

The Universe and self sabotage. I'm so relaxed right now in Tulum, Mexico and I love it. Last night I was going to go to a bar on the beach to meet some chicks but once I got there, realized I left my money at my hotel. But you know what?  I actually didn't really want to go to the bar anyway so it became a self fulfilling prophecy!  

Well, another Olympics has cum and gone.  I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed these Olympics, despite how different they were supposed to be due to the Trump-Covid Virus.  Surprisingly, I didn't miss the crowds at all.  Not sure if it was from the right camera angles or what, but these Olympics were fun to watch and I think I logged about 150 hours of TV time.  Can't wait for Paris 2024!

I've been obsessed with both the summer and winter Olympics for years.  In particular, I love the stories that the TV networks build around certain athletes so it makes me have a more vested interest in the outcomes of certain competitions.  Today we talk about Simone Biles pulling out and also my new favorite crush, Justine Wong Orantes - a cute volleyball player on Team USA for the Women's volleyball team.  She can spike on me any time if you know what I mean.

Recently a famous UFC fighter got demolished in a fight and his humble opponent broke his leg in half.  Call it hubris, or perhaps not being able to  recognize when it's time to move on.  Today's podcast is about not getting stuck in the past, and using all of the gifts that were given to you.

I'm baaaaaaaacckkkk..  So after a break from podcasting for a few months, it's time to get back on the mic.  Life has been status quo and since I last talked to you guys, I went to Hawaii and am now working on a new business venture.  Today I talk about life in a big city and how sometimes it's good to have blinders on.  I promise to keep more updates coming and stay tuned!

So today I WON.  You know how I know I won?  That fat-fuck Chethan called me again.  The sociopath, pathological liar, still desperate to speak to me, called me again today.  Even after I told him off, blocked him on Facebook, blocked his text messages, he know called me from an additional number.  You see, he's desperate. He's confused as to why is it he can't manipulate me anymore and it's bothering him.  I love it!  I call that WINNING!

Well it finally came to a head.  After wanting to turn back the clock to tell off a former friend of mine, I finally had my chance.  Jason, real name "Chethan" had been the most selfish "friend" I had ever met. He was another level of selfishness.  He would tell you he was coming to your place to pick you up in 15 minutes, and then not show up for 3 hours. He would tell you you could stay at his place when you come to visit Toronto, and then conveniently forget when you actually get there.  I stopped talking to him years ago, and in true sociopath fashion, would call me constantly, and get more desperate to talk to me each time that I would ignore because a sociopath can't handle it when they lose control over their former victims.  Today I had a long chat with him where I finally told him all of the things he did to me to screw me over.  Listen to see how that conversation went, and how things ended with a BANG!

Karma is a bitch, isn't it!  Today I tell you the long winded story about my fake friend "Jason" who has come crawling back after years trying to make amends for all of the shit he did to me.  When I was younger I didn't have the courage to tell him off.  Now's my chance!

Did I ever tell you about this fake friend I used to have since high school?  I finally threw him to the side after all of his lies, and using his friends, including me.  Now years later, he's realizing the error of his ways to try and apologize.  Should I accept it?  NOPE!

Today was a bit of a stressful day.  This company sold me on opening a certain type of retirement account, and now a week into the process I find out that I can't actually use the account due to a whole bunch of rules.  You would think they would know that BEFORE SIGNING ME UP.  But, like usual, I have to do everyone's work for them!

Remember if you're a cat owner: if your cat or kitten is exhibiting signs of not feeling well, take it to the vet asap!  Cats are incredibly good at hiding pain and by the time they exhibit it, it means it's not good so don't wait!  I must be in the wrong industry as I called 15 vets this morning and they were all booked up until late next week, some even next month!!!  

Since the bathroom remodel, I've found that i've fallen into an old habit of being extremely over analytical and ultimately, indecisive, in the pursuit of perfection. I used to be really indecisive but over the years have overcome a lot of it and started making decisions quicker. It's amazing how your brain can fall back into old programming.  Today I talk about how you need to just make decisions and keep moving forward.

Too often we get complacent, or comfortable, or let's face it, maybe we're just big pussies and afraid to take a chance to achieve our dreams. Today we talk about taking steps in order to fulfill your dreams and shaking up your routine. You can't change your life unless you change your routine.

Jim Carrey once said "I wish everyone could be rich and famous so that they could realize it's not an answer for anything".  Today we talk about how modern society equates success with financial wealth, aka "money".  I want you to change your mindset - there are plenty of people who are considered successful because they made a lot of money, but on the other hand they have little formal education, a trail of broken relationships, marriages, and rotten personalities. Redefine success around what your personal values are, and not what society values.

So a quick update on my friend "Punisher" who went to USC to meet that girl the other night.  She along with another girl, ghosted him.  Yes, one of them who he made out with and who wanted to have sex with him, just ghosted him, completely ignoring him.  Another blond girl, since he didn't call her at 6pm promptly, deleted her number and profile from his view out of nowhere.  People are treating each other like shit. 

Rough week. I had a bit of a meltdown yesterday after dealing with some negative energy from an idiot lawyer. I woke up starting to worry and realized that I have spent too many years worrying about worst case scenarios that never happen. Today I talk about how to stay peaceful and learn to focus on positive results.

Join us today as we talk to my friend, affectionately known as "Punisher".  After a dry spell thanks to Covid quarantining, my friend reconnected with a tight Latina chick he was talking to last year, but never met.  Out of the blue, the two reconnected and he drove up to LA tonight to meet her for the first time.  Apparently, she texted him saying she was horny and wanted to have sex, so my friend jumped in his car to see what would happen.  Listen to our conversation that took place after the "date" was done!

Who would have ever thought that in the middle of a pandemic, the stock market would boom, and real estate prices would soar the roof? Today I talk about how in life no matter how far fetched, you always have to consider that the unexpected might happen, no matter how far-fetched.  I first saw this concept in the movie World War Z starring Brad Pitt.  They called it the "10th Man Rule", where when making any decision, the 10th person in a group has to come up with an opposite conclusion no matter how outrageous or unlikely.

Today starts the trial of the cop the killed George Floyd last year in Minneapolis. Let's talk about it, shall we?  Let's hope the outcome of this trial doesn't result in mass protests and riots across the country again. 

Notwithstanding the psychotic driver that tried to kill a few people, today was a nice, relaxing day.  I went to Lake Shrine with my Mom, followed-up with some Indian food at Bombay Frankie Company in Woodland Hills. Sundays really are for relaxing and taking it easy. I used to do work on Sundays and I found it would affect my mood since I wouldn't get that mental space to reset or recharge.  Because I put myself into good vibrations today, I good investment opportunity presented itself to me within minutes of leaving Lake Shrine!  Listen in to today's episode to see how you can attract anything you want.

The other day I was at the bank and was vibing with the bank employee.  Cute blond girl and when we got to the vault, I think she was giving me the signal to ask for her number. I envisioned eating her ass out inside the vault, just like what happens in the movies.  Today I talk about seizing opportunities, but if you don't, don't worry either as there are always new opportunities that will present themselves.

So today, Saturday, in true form I almost felt like I was going down a negative thinking path. I'm not sure why I'm a bit pissy on Saturdays but I was able to control it. Today I booked a trip to Hawaii since I can't seem to easily travel to any other countries right now, except for Mexico. I was already second guessing the trip and found myself over-thinking things. Today we talk about how to be more decisive and I visit a new Indian restaurant in Woodland Hills called "Frankie Bombay Company".

I was watching House Hunters International tonight and the episode was about this white American guy who hooked up with this fairly  hot Russian girl (aren't they all?).  They had moved to Vietnam to explore Asia.  Watching the show brought back memories of my first time in Vietnam and how to this day, I still think about spending a few months as a digital nomad, vagabonding my way through South East Asia.  I also talk about that time I met this hot Russian chick in Beijing and almost made love to her.

Today we brush on the subject of gun control but we also talk about attracting people to you and choosing the right people to be attracted to.  Too often we spend time hanging around people that we don't really click with. We chase girls that are good looking, but that we have little to no chemistry with.  Sex would be way better if you banged someone that was more in to you.  If I ever go to a go-go bar in Asia and I get to choose from a line-up of chicks, I'm going to go with the one that seems genuinely attracted to me.

It's amazing how limited a life we live. We sometimes think we don't have the talent to achieve our wildest dreams, but in reality we do. The only difference between you and someone else is that they actually put themselves out there and take the chance.  Find out what's holding you back and live your best life!

I've learned in life it's important to not take things personally.  People will say things to you, do things to you, and target you in certain situations, and it's easy to feel beaten up and insulted.  You can wonder why someone is singling you out.  What I've learned though is that people that are jerks are usually jerks to many people.  Humans don't behave badly in a bubble.  Bad people are usually bad with lots of people.  By not taking things personally and realizing that jerks are just jerks treating everyone they meet badly, it is easier to get over it and not feel insulted.  And oh yeah, while it's important to forgive people, getting revenge on them feels pretty good too.

Interesting weekend. So the cat who we gave away, ran away from the new owner, was found by a cat lady who tracked us down using the tracking chip in the cat, and now the cat from hell is back at my house.  It's like it won't go away.  Also, I witnessed a car accident and tracked down the asshole that hit a lady, and I got the cops to go after him.  Let's watch karma do it's magic.

Another mass shooting  - this time by another domestic terrorist (aren't they all?).  Today we address the rise of racism in the US against the Asian community as well as discuss some cool law of attraction stories that happened to me this week!

I finally got rid of the cat!!!  Don't worry, I found her a new home with a great guy who is a cat lover. More importantly, I feel more peaceful in my house already.  The cat leaves a void which no doubt will bring in more positive things. Life is about making positive changes. What are you waiting for?

After far too long, I made my return to LA Fitness today!  They are only letting in what seems to be around 20 or 30 people at a time and while I heard people behind me in line bitching about it, I personally thought it was awesome. The LA Fitness Signature in Woodland Hills was getting way too busy pre-Covid so this is great. It's like having my own private gym.  

We can fill out bodies up with vitamin supplements, positive thoughts, water, and more leafy greens. You can even jack off to burning sage and shove healing crystals up your butt.  But if you don't get enough sleep, your physical body and mind will deteriorate at an accelerated rate.  Today we talk about how to improve your health by getting better quality sleep. It sounds easy, but most of us take it for granted and don't realize the toll having bad sleep can take on us over the years.

People seem to live in their own heads, so no matter what you tell them, it seems like they're going to do whatever they're going to do.  Here's how to stay calm and not give a shit!

Interesting day yesterday.  I was feeling negative and growing tired with the same daily frustrations. I thought it would be funny to write a suicide note where I blame the bathroom remodel for causing me to commit suicide.  Today I talk about Meghan Markle, OCD, and breaking the rules to make a lot of money.

An awesome weekend where my imagination ran wild when I met a VERY cute girl working at a candy shop who I was vibing with.  Now I have images of me making SWEET love to her in the back of the store if you know what I mean!  Also, the lesson to be learned is that we have to seize on opportunities when they arise.

Just when I thought I had hit a home-run with a call option I had taken out on Norwegian Cruise Lines, they threw me overboard.  The stock was trading at $33 and climbing, and today they decide to sell 14 million more shares for only $30, well under market.  Way to fuck over your shareholders you assholes!

So this guy we used to call "Gigantor" in school made some stupid comment on Facebook about the fact that people are getting "cancelled" and he's worried there's no end to people's sensitivities.  I guess that's easy for someone to criticize when they live in Orange County, and have never once in their lives been discriminated against.  Listen today as I give him a on-air "fuck you".

In life you will never achieve anything great if you don't take risks.  If you don't want to take risks then that's fine too - there's a lot of great things to be said about just living a status quo life.  Oh yeah, I think from all of the Asian chicks, Vietnamese are still may faves.

So apparently as long as you have good tasting food, the rest of your service can suck.  For the tenth time, in a row, California Fish Grill once again got my order wrong.  Today we talk about how you can't always control the outside world, but you can always control how you respond.

Seriously - in today's episode I bitch and moan about how you end up being invisible in LA.  No one acknowledges your existence.  It pays to be loud and pushy.  Today I went to a tile store to pick up an order of tile for my bathroom and the idiots left me waiting outside of 40 minutes after telling me to wait.  Ridiculous.  Then on the way home I watch a guy get rear-ended on the highway.  Fortunately the day was made better by the owner of a Vietnamese restaurant who said how good looking I was.  Too bad it wasn't a chick cuz god knows I love eating Vietnamese pussy.

Why don't Fedex drivers look at where the fuck they're delivering packages anymore?

So today was a busy day fraught with idiot clients trying to waste my time, and a fraud caller trying to jack my social security number.  Instead of hanging up on the crook, I ended up threatening him with the FBI and unnecessarily waste my valuable energy. Today I talk about how to not react and find that space between a stimulus and your reaction where you can take a breath and avoid conflict.
