Boundaries is a buzz word these days, but many fail to implement a boundary when it is appropriate. Emotionally, boundaries are crucial, we have to know what we will and won't allow into our emotional world. Listen in for this snippet from my Brave & Fearless Workshop. I touch on Boundaries, define the concept, and leave you with an understanding that it matters when you say "NO". 

"No" is a full sentence, not an opener for a debate.
