I asked my followers on instagram what they wanted to know and 95% of the responses were about hormones so I thought I would give you a basic overview of hormones.
What can cause a hormone imbalance, whats normal when it comes to the health of your hormones and whats not.
Over the coming months we will dig deeper into hormonal conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, menopause, amenorrhea.
If your wondering whats going on with your hormones why not take my FREE hormone quiz
If you have any other questions please send them through to firstname.lastname@example.org so Hayley can answer your questions on a future episode.
