We dive even deeper into our exploration of how the revolution is unfolding and what we want to hold onto as inevitable participants of it. On this episode of Healing is Mutual, I connect with Mathew James — a dancer, maker, and founder of Urban Tribe: platform for movement based practices. He also just so happens to work as an administrator focused on advancement and business development at the Guggenheim museum in New York.

We start our talk reminiscing about how we met studying dance at Sacramento State University, giving an homage to our faculty and the invaluable education we received from them. We talked about how impactful it was for us each to study with professionals who embodied years of experience, and how dance has informed our own professional careers in profound ways. All of this supports our thoughts on the times, and the revolution that’s occurring. Naturally, as two Gemini dancers, we oscillate between emphasizing the importance of dialogue and finding new language to articulate the revolution, as well as deepening embodiment through experience and honoring the unnamable. Mathew expressed a deep gratitude for his experience as a graduate student, dancing side by side with legends in the dance world, and this stirs a million thoughts in my head about the value of lived experience and embodiment... this is Part I

camaraderie as we open up about our roles and experiences with @femwinism an organization built on the philosophy of loving to see another woman win. Proceeds of this podcast support the femwinism grant fund that helps women and girls pursue their passion projects in art and business, as well as receiving mental health support.

In this episode, Evelyn (with special guest, baby Ember) and I navigate the intersections of the Full moon energy in Aquarius opposite Sun in Leo both at 11degrees. During our talk we circumnavigate a few concepts relating to masculinity, narcissism, embracing paradox and playing!

With both the sun and moon at 11 degrees, we are also experiencing an 11:11 portal — and with the moon in Aquarius it wouldn’t be surprising for radical messages to make their way through the veil... Messages from ancestors, angels, ascended masters, aliens and beyond.

The full moon in Aquarius feels like an invitation to Shine bright, be bold, try the radical thing, if the idea seems crazy or outlandish, try it anyway. Go for it. Re-center yourself.
