In this episode, I highlight knowing when you need help and how to go about receiving it. Don't be afraid to take the initiative to get help when you feel like there are no other options out there for you. Being brave and taking those steps to receive help when mentally you are distressed is one of the best options for healing.

When we go through traumatic times in our lives, our first heartbreak, the loss of a loved one, we tend to give up on ourselves. It's okay to be sad, it's okay to be depressed, but it is also okay to seek light at the end of the tunnel.
