Let them cheat in peace!

Let them cheat in peace!

In this episode I speak on a number of things. The first being that we have to go into a relationship or stay in one without wanting to change the other person. If we decide to stay, we have to accept everything that comes along with that. When I say let them cheat in peace, I do not mean accept less than we deserve, but allow them to do what they want while building yourself up enough to leave that toxic situation. Never settle for being unhappy to remain comfortable, our children are watching.

Do you want to stay married or just NOT get divorced?

Do you want to stay married or just NOT get divorced?

This is discussing one of the chapters in my new relationship book "Leave or Shut the F#ck Up" out for pre-order on Amazon. In this episode I speak with Life Coach Jessica Keesee about staying in a marriage or relationship for the wrong reasons. Your past is a lesson, not a life sentence! I hope you all enjoy.

Marriage/Relationship Reboot

Marriage/Relationship Reboot

Love doesn’t hurt, disrespect, degrading and lying hurts... but not love. Love is the only thing in this world that covers up pain and helps to heal us. In marriage and relationships, if we choose to remain after a storm we just do the work to move past the hurts. Time heals nothing if you won’t do the work. Time to Reboot!

How to know it’s over: (To the Fathers of Abuse)

How to know it’s over: (To the Fathers of Abuse)

In this episode I speak on how to know it’s time to move on. I also pay tribute to a work I have been building for quite some time titled “To the Fathers of Abuse”. I highlight things men have to deal with in today’s society where abuse against men is kept quiet and what they face on a day to day basis. I hope you all know that leaving a bad situation is better than staying in a toxic environment in the name of the kids.

Are you staying or leaving?

Are you staying or leaving?

In this episode I hear my conversation more towards the women and speak on us making the choice to stay in a relationship after an offense. We have to understand that none of us are perfect and we all make mistakes, but if we choose to stay we have to heal and move forward. In any relationship you should feel respected and loved, otherwise why be in it.

Leave or Shut the F Up Introduction

Leave or Shut the F Up Introduction

Check out an excerpt from my new book coming soon!

In co-parenting, we must have a healthy relationship in order to co-parent in an effective manner. We must learn to build one another up, even if it does not directly benefit us. In life there are so many stressors that come along with it, we don’t need to add to that stress. How your co-parent feels directly affects your children.

Although breaking up may be hard to do, if the environment is toxic, staying in the name of the children may do more harm than good. Learn what you can and can not deal with in a relationship so you know if it’s time to move on. If you are going to use a past situation as ammunition then it’s time to choose to dissolve the relationship and move on as co-parents. No one deserves to be held as a prisoner in a relationship, and you don’t deserve to take on the role of a warden. If you can’t get over the past then move on to your new future!
