To-Do Lists Suck- Make This List Instead
The other day I stopped to get gas. I had so much to get done, I couldn't chance running out on some lonely side road in rural New Jersey. Here you don't pump your own gas. So I waited as the kind woman finished and handed me my card and my receipt. I had the window down naturally, and as I drove away, the wind caught hold of my receipt and sucked it out the window. Guess I should have held onto it better if I really wanted it!
To-do lists suck. They suck your energy, your focus, and your happiness right out of your day- all the things you really want! Instead, create a Priorities list- a better list for preserving your happiness, increasing your focus, and generating energy when you can look back and see the vital things you have accomplished!

Two Ways To Instantly Add Veggies To Your Meals!
Sometimes we get stuck in this hamsterwheel of thinking the only way to add vegetables to our diet is by eating a salad. Now, I love salad as much as the next person (Okay, maybe a little bit more...), but after a while, the crunch and creaminess of the experience can lose its flair. The Strength Of Your Limitations
In 2018 when I had developed a heart condition because of my incorrect nutrition, exercise and recovery practices, I felt like I was being held back from doing things I really needed and wanted to do. What I learned is that I am not held back at all, but these limitations have become a strength to me in creating and maintaining balance. And this has helped me to create a strong and thriving life that I believe I would not have otherwise experienced!
