Episode 4: Overcoming Burnout by Finding Your Zone of Genius with Burnout to Balance Client Hillarie Thole

Today I have the privilege of interviewing former client and fellow business coach Hillarie Thole.  Hillarie was my very first client in the Burnout to Balance Program and now she is a coach within the program. You will get a glimpse of her journey in the Burnout to Balance Program and hear some real, raw behind the scenes conversations.  It's a long one but I know it will enlighten you and inspire you.

Things we discuss:

- How she went from 6-figures and burnt-out, to fulfilled and balanced

- The good aspects and hard aspects of fully transitioning into her zone of genius

- How leaning into her zone of genius has helped her become more present as a mom and wife

- Her struggles with faith and where she is at now

Hillarie Kay is an Enneagram and Business Coach who helps small business owners and organizations decrease overwhelm and increase both internal and external communication with sustainable strategies guided by the Enneagram.  She’s a third generation small business owner and has previous experience working in marketing agencies, and as the Director of Marketing in corporate America before branching out on her own in 2016. When she’s not coaching or training on the Enneagram, she spends time with her husband, 2 sons, 3 step-sons, splitting her time between Southeast Missouri and the Raleigh/Durham area of NC.  She’s obsessed with the 60s and you can often find her thrifting around antique shops on the weekends!
