Erin Wing is the Deputy Director of Investigations for Animal Outlook. Prior to her transition into her role as Deputy Director of Investigations, she went undercover and spent two years working at chicken, dairy, and salmon farms. Erin’s investigations have helped shed light on animals’ suffering on farms in the animal agriculture system. Her works have been featured in The Washington Post, the Guardian, and the New York Times.

23. "I pay myself first"- Financial Advisor: Tanya Stringer discusses generational wealth and financial strategies
Tanya Stringer’s passion to serve and desire to help others have been the driving force throughout her careers in healthcare and financial services. As a former healthcare executive and chief operating officer, she possesses extensive experience in leading multimillion-dollar medical groups. She was charged with the sole fiscal responsibility of managing budgets up to $275 million, as well as shepherding mergers/acquisitions, negotiating compensation contracts and administering retirement plans as a fiduciary. Her operations purview included oversight of multi-specialty medical groups and hospitals, where she managed approximately 2 million patient visits. She brings more than 20 years of experience to her role as financial advisor. With her education, experience and financial acumen, she provides a solid foundation for her financial practice where she serves high net worth individuals, small businesses and her community; both locally and nationally. Under the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, she holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations. Stringer, was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. Before she remarried, she was raising three children on her own, said she is sensitive to the challenges faced by single mothers. 21. Abby K-Making of the Band
Abby K is an independent hard rock recording artist from Charlotte, North Carolina. She is known for her impeccable skills as a bassist, vocalist, and songwriter. She started playing the bass guitar at the tender age of 13 after attending a Kiss concert. In which she was heavily inspired and influenced by Gene Simmons. Within Months her musical journey led her to being selected as 1 of 3 bassists in the entire United States to attend Grammy Camp in Los Angeles, CA. She has released 8 singles, including the release of her song 99 degrees Celsius, and is currently working on her debut album. Abby K is currently booked for a 30 date 2022 Takeover Headline Tour this summer!
20. Paige Parsons Roache-Make America Green Again
In this interview, Paige discusses her journey and transition to a vegan lifestyle, and shares tips and benefits of living green and being eco friendly. She also give insight into her role as co-host and producer of her show on unchained tv, and shares personal experiences and challenges.
Paige is an environmental and vegan activist and a former entertainment publicist. When her daughter went vegan at 13 and showed her “COWSPIRACY” she was never the same again. The movie inspired her to devote her life to promoting a vegan lifestyle and how to help save the environment. 19. Fany de la Chica-Living Life Day by Day
In this episode, Fany de la Chica shares the origin of her name. In addition, she discusses living life day by day, not taking life for granted and living life to the fullest. Fany also discusses the challenges of making films and securing financing for filming. Fany de la Chica is a Film Director, Screenwriter, and Flamenco Singer from Andalusia, "The Land of Flamenco". Fany de la Chica's films and documentaries have been selected in around one-hundred film festivals. She has received ten awards and is a Columbia University Alumni. Her work has been broadcasted in Denmark and Spain. Her film, "Something to Believe In", was presented at the Academy, and won an Emmy at the College Television Awards. Her feature documentary, "The Visit" was selected in more than thirty festivals and also won an award. She has also directed commercials for @google , @theoutnet , and @lifewtr. Fany de la Chica is an extremely talented and trained Flamenco singer, Fanny released her first debut album back in 2020 and captivated many with her unique flamenco sound infused with pop, jazz, and R&B.
18. Dr. Marissa Pei- Happiness is from wherever you are.
Dr. Pei has been dubbed, “The Asian Oprah” and runs a nonprofit called "Eight Ways To Happiness". She has a book called “Eight Ways To Happiness from Wherever You Are”. She also has a Radio Show, is a motivational speaker, and does celebrity interviews on the red carpet.

16: Joanna Denton - Work Life Balance
Joanna Denton began her career in tax law and after two burnouts decided to pivot. She now works as an executive coach in Europe and the US to help prevent burnout for those who need it and help strengthen their work-life balance. Joanna even shared with us her own experiences with anxiety in such an open way, hopefully many of you will feel less alone!
15. Audrey Harris - Telling The Truth
This week, we have Audrey Harris joining us.
Audrey is an actress with a masters in theology, and both things impact everything she does from how she starts her day to why she created an edible company. Her perseverance led to being cast as Billie Holiday in the Hologram USA show and her ability to say no to projects she doesn't believe in, which we think is a skill we all need.
14. Karen Thomas - Managing Stress and Having Fun
This week, we have Karen Thomas joining us.
Karen Thomas is a licensed massage therapist, business owner and romance novelist. Karen is originally from the Caribbean islands of Trinidad and Tobago, and when she came to the United States in 1997, she pursued her career as a masseuse and opened her company, called Spalypso. She is the author of The Billionaire's Siren, to which the two sequels will be out later this year.
13. Bernadette Speakes - Getting Started and Showing Up For Yourself
Joining us this week is Bernadette Speakes!
Bernadette is an actor and director with 20+ years in the industry. As an actor, Bernadette has performed in theaters throughout the country. Her directorial credits include theater and film, such as The Bluest Eye in February 2020. Bernadette’s film PRIVOKE won the 2021 “Audience Choice Award” for the WOC/Unite and Entertwine’s 48 hr. Horror Film Festival Competition.
She is happily married, with two children and resides in California.
12. Esther Anaya - Humanity, Focus and Being Your Best Self
This week, we have Esther Anaya joining us. Esther Anaya is an electric violinist, singer/songwriter, and DJ from Colombia.
What an incredible list of talents. She came to the US with her family seeking political asylum in 2002 saying in a previous interview “The only thing I brought with me was my violin and my luggage.” As you can tell, music runs in her blood. She founded a non-profit called ASAF Angels. The organization serves underprivileged youth in her home country of Colombia and other countries around South and Central America as well as the US introducing them to a music education. Anaya’s love of music and sharing that love with the world is evident in everything she does.

11. Jaqueline Fleming - Turning Points and Carving Your Own Path
This week we are chatting with the very accomplished Jaqueline Fleming.
Jaqueline Fleming is an Actress, Producer, Director, Writer and Content Creator. She is a graduate of Columbia Film College in Chicago where she trained as an actress in the Theater and Film departments. Her dedication to her craft brought her numerous accolades including the prestigious Joseph Jefferson (JEFF) Awards, which she shares with other winners such as John Cusack.
After graduating Jaqueline moved to Hollywood in 1997 and began a fruitful Film and Television career as an actress. She has acted in over a 100 film, television, and commercial projects as a principal actress.
In 2018 Jaqueline Fleming was a part of the Producing Team at Sweet Unknown Studios that produced the Feature Film River Runs Red Starring John Cusack, Taye Diggs, George Lopez and Luke Hemsworth.
In 2019 with the blessing of her parent production company, Jaqueline began building her own production company, JAQ Entertainment Group. JAQ Entertainment Group develops, produces and executive produces Feature Films & Television Projects. Jaqueline has projects in development both at her company and her parent company Wes Miller Films.
In 2020 Jaqueline embarked on her directorial debut with the Tv Pilot Presentation Deadfall…a character driven action thriller

10. Debra Wilson - Spiritual Awakening and Discovering Your Life Pursuits
Debra Wilson is an American actress, comedienne and television presenter. She is known for being the longest-serving original cast member on the sketch comedy series MadTv. She has also done voice work for various productions including Avatar, American Dad, The Proud Family, and the Boondocks to name a few. Her voice acting has also been used for a wide array of video games. A deeply insightful human and a powerful advocate for spiritual awakening and transcendence. Today we have Leading Lady Ajia Munns. Ajia is originally from Cleveland, OH and mostly grew up in Dallas, TX. Finding her way in Hollywood, Ajia quickly learned she had to wear many hats in this industry. She produced her first independent web series “If I Knew You Were Coming”. 8: Apoorva Charan - Nailing Your Pitch
This week, we have Apoorva Charan joining us.
Apoorva Charan was born in Hyderabad, India and raised in Northern California. Charan started her career working a few little things like Asia's Got Talent, Thailand’s Got Talent, and X Factor Indonesia. Passionate about narrative storytelling, Charan received her MFA in Columbia University.
Having produced over twenty short films including LONELY BLUE NIGHT starring Diana Lin which you can find on HBO, Charan has had her films in all the major Film Festivals. And was selected in the inaugural program at Film Independent called Project Involve in 2019.

Lashawnda Golder is an entrepreneur based out of Baltimore, Maryland. Currently, Golder is the owner of the company Bad Girls Bail Bonds, but she also wears many other hats: she's involved in real estate, staging, healthcare. A true hustler at heart, her personal mission is to help others achieve their goals and prides herself in understanding the process of life. Lashawnda is also a mother, grandmother, and mentor.

6: Brittney Ayona Clemens — Doing It All
Brittney Ayona Clemens is making a name for herself as a triple threat — actress, singer/songwriter, and dancer. Through her alternate persona, Ayona, she has become a staple on screen in improvisational comedy, boasting over two hundred thousand subscribers on YouTube. She also has 10 years of extensive vocal training and 13 years of ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, and African dance experience under her belt.
Originally from Chicago, Brittney is constantly adding new titles to her CV, including model, comedian, and business owner. She is most known for her work on HBO’s Insecure, as well as touring and opening up for Souljah Boy, Mario, and Lloyd.

Monica Cargile is a fashion stylist based in Los Angeles whose work has been featured in Wonderland, Essence, and Billboard. Tiffany Kincherlow is a Compton, California native and community leader. An entrepreneur who has launched multiple successful businesses over the last decade, Tiffany currently heads Zola's Hands Party Rental and the clothing line Real Ladies of Compton, while also raising her young daughter and working her day job as a nurse at Kaiser. 3: Emma Orme — Spending Your Time Well
Emma Orme is a Brooklyn-based producer and performer with a focus on new theatrical work. She is the new Producing Director of Hypokrit Productions, and is currently producing Danny Pudi's autobiographical film RUNNING. Before working with Hypokrit, Emma previously served as the Lead Producer on the new podcast PLEASURE MACHINE, the BOLD Associate Producer at Northern Stage, a video producer for The New York Times and the documentary The Kleptocrats, and the Artistic Producer of VoxLab (a live arts residency at Dartmouth College). While Emma moonlights as a producer, she is also a singer and actor.

2: June Carryl — Say Yes Selectively
June Carryl grew up in Denver and studied Political Science at Brown University, initially preparing to go to law school but ultimately pivoting to writing and acting — instead of taking the LSAT, she decided to pursue a Ph.D. in English Literature instead. June jump-started her career in entertainment when she moved to the Bay Area in 1993, studying acting while teaching playwriting and acting workshops to high-school students. June later moved to Los Angeles in 2000, where she booked her first acting roles in film and was hired to write her first screenplay. June’s impressive resume since then includes getting commissioned to write The Rings of Saturn for Visible Theater in New York, scripting her second feature, The Pursuit of Happy, and acting in over 60 projects, including popular shows like Grey’s Anatomy, NCIS, and Mindhunter.

1: Kimberly Sparks — How to Show Up For Yourself
Kimberly Sparks is an award-winning casting director working in the entertainment industry that moonlights as a personal fitness trainer. She began her career in casting in 2015, and has since worked in the casting department on well over 50 projects, serving as the casting director on 13. In 2020, she won the Best Casting award for the short film “Parallel” at the London International Film Festival. Kimberly has also previously worked as a teacher, ran her own podcast, and written a short story titled “Because Of You…”
