How to Attract the Best Young Talent to Your Organisation
In this episode, Dan Sullivan & I discuss the factors affecting how companies can Attract & Keep the Best Young Talent.
Generation Z & Millennials are currently the two youngest cohorts in the workplace, but on both sides getting the right job, hiring the right talent, on-boarding in the right way, and loyalty are all hurdles for companies to get over.
In this short 26 mins podcast, we'll share some practical suggestions.

Leadership in the New Normal - Part 1
I've been delivering a couple of very specific workshops this last two or three months whilst we've all been in lock-down.
And those workshops were about remote leadership, and also about working with remote teams.
There are aspects of those two workshops that really appealed to my audiences, so I've combined them into a sort of 'one off' which I've called:
Leadership in the New Normal.

What Is Remote Working Doing To Us? - PanPod#9
Are you enjoying remote working, or itching to get back to the office?
There is a lot of research that has shown when we work remotely too much, we lose the very connection and engagement and collaboration that face to face working and networking - just connecting with people - really delivers.
I would be betting that remote working will continue to grow, and that people will still have their offices and that the biggest companies will do what they've always done, create the best and most fantastic and encouraging offices to ensure that there is creativity, community, and a sense of momentum and real engagement.

How to Stay Motivated, Get Everything Done, and Still Achieve Work Life Balance while Working From Home - PanPod#7
With 52% of British workers trying to do their normal job, but doing it while working from home, it can be tough to be just as effective and efficient as you were when you had a place to go to everyday.
Lockdown means that we’re not just missing our friends and family.
We’re missing our work colleagues too.
And we’re removed from some of the rituals, habits and motivations that were so ingrained when we had to travel into work every day.
This PanPod #7 (Podcast for the Pandemic - and beyond!) deals with 3 Questions:
1. How can I be as efficient and responsive to my customers or stakeholders, as I was in the office?
2. How can I keep myself motivated and engaged, when I’m stuck in a small house day in day out?
3. How can I balance work and childcare?

Are ‘older’ people without an underlying medical condition falling through the cracks? – PanPod #4
The NHS has prioritised like this...
People most at risk from coronavirus are sometimes called "shielded" or "extremely vulnerable" people.
This includes people who:
- have had an organ transplant
- are having certain types of cancer treatment
- have blood or bone marrow cancer, such as leukaemia
- have a severe lung condition, such as cystic fibrosis or severe asthma
- have a condition or are taking medicine that makes them much more likely to get infections
- are pregnant and have a serious heart condition
But if you're old and in good health, are you being sidelined?

How to Avoid bringing Groceries that might be contaminated with Covid-19 into Your House! - PanPod#3
I was okay with the pandemic when they started talking about isolation and not going out.
But I felt there was a lack of information around going food shopping because actually, if you're bringing stuff back into your house, that might be a bit of a problem.
So this podcast is about trying to remove the risk of COVID-19 coming into your house on food and groceries.

I can remember thinking how cool I was when I adopted the word ‘cool’ - as a teenager.
But doesn't every young generation come up with new words and phrases so that they will 'fit it' with their tribe, be achingly 'hip', or simply rebel and be different?
