As some of you know already, I'm taking a few weeks to travel around Europe! I'm doing a series called "Around the World" detailing the things I've learned about the world and the character of God in each country I'm visiting! I'm starting by reflecting on my past year working in ministry while living on the island of Maui in Hawaii. That said, these were the initial musings on how God showed me his character through His beautiful creation and people!

28: Catch Me In A Year: Sarah
This week I answer some questions about my life as it is in this moment. Specifically, things I'm working through, hoping for, and praying over. One year from today, I will post a follow up episode answering the same questions just as the slightly older and hopefully wiser version of myself. I'm excited to grow and to listen to this back in a year and see what God had in store for me.
Questions:
- What is your name?
- What day is it?
- Where are you?
- What is your favorite color?
- If you had to describe your year in one word, what would it be?
- What is your most endearing quality?
- What is your greatest waste of time?
- What do you consider your greatest achievement?
- What was your greatest discovery of the year?
- Which skill would you most like to build in the next year?
- If you could give everyone in the world one gift, what would it be?
- What do you find painful but worth doing?
- What did you do this year that you’d never done before?
- What from this year are you proud of?
- What valuable life lesson did you learn this year?
- What do you hope will be the same 1 year from now?
- What do you hope will be different 1 year from now?
- What question are you working through right now?
- What makes you hopeful?
- What is a prayer God has answered recently?
- What are you praying for?
- What do you want to tell your next year self?

22: Staying In Love With Jesus
This episode is a response to the question: How do I stay in love with Jesus? Sarah flies solo this week in answering through the topics of testimonies, confession, service, and more. 11: The Best Investment Possible
Let's talk about money! Talking about giving and tithing can be awkward so we wanted to take a minute to discuss the heart behind giving. Being fresh out of college, giving financially is stretching and yet the Lord calls us to give back to Him. Giving isn't something to check of a list, but rather a natural response of worship in thanksgiving of a gift we didn't deserve. Honestly, it's the least we can do.
10: Vulnerability Breeds Vulnerability
If you are vulnerable, people often respond in kind because daring to be vulnerable and share your story opens the door for others to do the same. It only takes a few seconds of bravery and a leap of faith to see God use your story to impact others. In this episode, Taylor shares a bit about his story and non-profit (Restore100) and Sarah joins him to talk about what trust, faith, and vulnerability look like in relationships today.
