For thousands (if not millions) of people all over the globe, the state of the world and the pandemic we're all living through has left them with heightened anxiety. Many others are even experiencing the feelings, emotions, and symptoms that come with anxiety disorders for the very first time. In one way, it isn't good to hear. Hands up if you try to take care of your mental health throughout your day but often find that time gets away from you and then by the end of the day you haven’t really taken any time for yourself. We are all guilty of this so don’t be hard on yourself. But our mental health checklist is just as, if not more important, then all those other tasks on your to-do list. So that’s why I decided to record this podcast for you which goes over , one by one, the 10 things I do every single day to help me feel good and I wanted to share them with you. If I skip these things I can feel my mental health decline, but I am human and will forget some things some days!
