In this episode we give our impressions of two horror titles. The first one is World of Horror, a 2bit mashup of Lovecraft and Junji Ito with an awesome art-style as well as a blend of Call of Cthulhu boardgame and point & click gameplay. The second game is Madison, a new horror title in the vein of PT and Visage, where you walk through confined hallways and solve puzzles while trying to solve a mystery while escaping a horrible entity. 

In this episode we talk about the mixiest baggiest mixed bag of a series we've seen in a long while. Of course we are talking about the new Kenobi show that recently aired it's finale and had such a huge difference in quality between episodes and whether the great two last episodes were enough to save it overall. In an otherwise busy week for game showcases, microsoft and xbox certainly brought some heavy stuff to the table, and some mediocrity. Elden Ring came out and took the world by storm. Me and N included. N has claimed this as possibly the best game he has ever played in his 30 years of life which is quite the feat. We talk about the things we loved, the things we hated and what we hope FromSoft has in store for us in the future. We also played the demo for Final Fantasy Origin: Stranger of Paradise which means we somehow have the peak and the bottom of soulslikes in one episode.

Necromunda dropped a new trailer that took our initial good impressions and elevated them into legitimate hype. This one can help really show a snippet of what the 40k universe can bring to games. Further Vermintide 2 dropped a free expansion with roguelite features and a hotfix for its bugs, making the Chaos Wastes a great addition to a solid game. Then we discuss the Conjuring 3 trailer and why this series of movies started off as a breath of fresh air for the horror genre, only to begin declining into the new mainstream trash of horror. There might be some talk about the very humanity-friendly comic strip: Electric Retard as well, oh my!

Giant Vampire Lady thirst continues! Resident Evil dropped a stunning new showcase which revealed more of the story, the world, Lady Dimitrescu's thirst as well as the performance of the game on different platforms. Suffice to say, we are even more excited now. Further Stef talks about why Outriders dropped from a janky 7 to a mediocre 5 while he played it. Hammer talks about buying games that really grabbed him, and his subsequent slog through a bunch of clone games to try and reach that high again. There might also be a discussion about Courage The Cowardly Dog crossed with JoJo.
