A personal growth plan is a guideline for life: your goals, how you intend to achieve them, skills you need to master, and habits you want to develop. It should cover areas such as career, education, relationships, and self-improvement. A personal growth plan connects all areas of your life.

Pursuing excellence means always doing your best. But it also implies that your best will be better than the norm. If mediocrity is in inconsistency, excellence is in consistency. Excellence is not simply great results, but the discipline to repeat those results over and over again.

The Christian life is a growth, and we must not expect too great results at first, but, if we follow the essentials to Christian life and growth, we shall excel and have joy  on earth.

We wait on the Lord to act – to deliver, to answer our prayers, to renew our strength, to do what only God can do. We wait on Him because He is God and we are not.
