In this episode we talk about the effects of suicide on survivors, overcoming challenges after the military and how we can help each other without the need of drugs or alcohol while drinking a cold beer.
I give my personal take on the military's treatment of mental health with the help of a story provided to me by an anonymous follower.

Chris Carson, or Carson as he likes to be called, is an Iraq and Afghanistan war veteran, a former Navy Seabee turned Navy photographer. As if being a veteran wasn't enough, he has been graced with not only brains, but a gorgeous beard and a beautiful physique and since separating, Carson has fulfilled his lifelong goal of being a commercial helicopter pilot and shares his stories in Tuna Herding and flying over the grand canyon.
