The Podcast, Recapsulating Sustainable Affordable Housing For All, is the second Podcast in the series, and aims at understanding the Green Value Partnership (GVP) offered to the developers by IIFL Home Finance.  This podcast is presented by Amor Kool, ESG Lead - Technical & Head - GVP Program @IIFL Home Finance Ltd & Vibhishek Singh, Managing Director @UB (Unique Builders). In this podcast, Amor talks about the importance of building Green & it's process, along with the support being offered by GVP Program, while Vibhishek presents a case study detailing his experience of the Green Building Construction Process & his association with GVP at each stage of construction & green building certification of the project.

e-Kutumb, the 6th Chapter of IIFL's Kutumb, aspires to fulfill this need through a series of Webinars and Podcasts. The first Podcast, Plug into your Sustainable Consciousness is presented by Shruti Narayan, Lead-Green Building Programme(India), IFC & Nagasimha Swamy, Manager, ESG Impact-Asia, CDC. Shruti talks about Sustainability & it's importance, while Nagsimha shares CDC’s experience – Affordable and Sustainable living.

In the past, we have successfully completed 5 Chapters of Kutumb across Ahmedabad, Indore, Pune, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. Our initiative has been able to seed the concept of Green Affordable Housing among around 500 developers. Kutumb has witnessed partnership from Asian Development Bank (ADB), German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), Climate Bond Initiative, International Finance Corporation (IFC), Green Building Council of India (GBCI), CDC - a UK sovereign fund and National Housing Bank(NHB).
